The best bed!

This apartment was great. The bed was the most comfortable bed for me and also had great storage and nifty lighting. The layout of the apartment was nice, and was supplied with all the amenities I needed for my stay. The apartment complex was nice with a pool to relax by. Getting packages was sometimes a game of hide and seek so that is a minus for me. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay. Misti was great and very communicative.

Everything was grear!

First time at this property, I just have a different unit because this one was unavailable at the time I needed it. I am still here at the moment and know when its time to leave Im not going to want to! Misti had been amazing. She is so easy to work with. If youre a travel nurse especially, I would highly recommend her and this property. She made the transition soooo easy! It is super close to the hospital so no long highway wait times. Youre in the middle of everything here, and its nice to be able to get out and walk places. Trader Joes is just a short walk and one of my favorite grocery stores. Ill always have Misti as my contact person to rent from when i come back. Thank you for everything!

Unit 2521

This was my 1st travel contract & I feel like this place set the standard for all my future stays. As soon as I arrived, there was not a single item I was lacking. The apartment was completely stocked with absolutely everything I could think of. The owner was also incredibly kind, thoughtful, responsive and prompt with every question/need I had. If you're working night shift, the studio has really amazing shades + curtains on top of that to block out the sun incredibly well. What was even more amazing was that when I renewed my contract at the hospital, the owner here went above & beyond with restocking the entire place and having it cleaned while I was away for a month before coming back to LA. The place also has Amazon hub, which is nice if you use Amazon a lot; and with LA traffic, it was also hugely convenient to have a really nice, spacious gym in the complex. Nowhere else I'd rather stay if I went to LA for contract again.

This was my second time renting in this building from M and her team, though my first time in this apartment. The apartment itself is great! Very clean, washer and dryer, well stocked kitchen, lots of extra towels, sheets, etc. And a very comfortable bed! The building is really nice to stay in...great pool and gym, and the building is secure requiring fob entry at all points. The location is really convenient. You are able to walk to Trader Joe's and lots of great restaurants, plus a CVS is steps away. It's also very close to the highway entrance. Even though it's on Hollywood Blvd. you don't get any noise from traffic or nighttime crowds, and I never heard any noise from my neighbors. My dog travels with me and she was very comfortable in this apartment. M and the rest of her team are quick to respond, accommodating, and happy to help with anything! I love staying with them and can't wait until I get another opportunity to do so again. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great

Travel nurse who needed a place to stay ASAP as I had rented a horrible air bnb previously. This property is in the center of Hollywood next to Funkos on Hollywood Blvd so right in the action. Can be lots of traffic at certain time but thats to be expected anywhere in LA. The property is safe as you need a key fob to get in all the doors and elevators. Parking garage is locked and has security 24/7. Pool and gym were both nice to have but limited hours due to covid. M the property manager was already responsive with any questions or maintenance issues I had. Would stay here again!

AMAZING location 1 bedroom FREE Parking

Simply one of the best places I have had the honor to stay. Super secure within walking distance to so many things. CVS, Shake Shack & Soul Cycle just to name my favorites- they even have a pressed juicery. I never wanted to leave!! Thank you for supplying such great service and timely replies. Absolutely Perfect!

This apartment was absolutely perfect! It came furnished with everything I could possibly need! The location is prime! ....right on Hollywood Blvd ....walking distance to restaurants, stores and COFFEE! Lol The apartment is decorated beautifully, very comfortable and the bed was as well. Communication with Dani was always superb! She responds quickly and always resolves the issue at hand. I LOVE this place and will def be back when in CA!

Perfect! Never want to leave

Very close to everywhere. Beautiful, CLEAN, modern and huge. Not missing a thing. All inclusive and washer and dryer in unit plus 2 free parking spots that are assigned. Hosts are fantastic and are easy to get a hold of
