Cozy Pet Friendly Place

Bettina was so kind to host me when I was urgently needing a place to stay for a few weeks. Nice area where I felt safe walking my dog and saying hello to neighbours. Easy access to the i5. Would recommend this Furnished Finder, Bettina is a great host!

This mother in law suite is a wonderful place to stay. 1 bedroom with walk in closet, large living area, bathroom, washer/dryer and kitchen. It's in a peaceful area with nice neighbors. And you can bring your pet. There are restaurants, a park, a Whole Foods, Safeway and a bookstore within walking distance. Easy to hop on I-5, short walk to the light rail. UW Northwest Hospital is a 10 minute drive on the freeway or surface streets. B is very welcoming, a wonderful landlord. She is kind, helpful, and attentive. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I walked my dog at all times of the day and night without issue. Many little libraries dot the neighborhood. I have loved my time here and hate to leave!

Amazing Hospitality!

B's basement unit is equipped with everything that you need (literally everything!). This was an amazing stay for my first travel nurse contract in the USA, B really made me feel at home. The neighbours are all very friendly, and it is a quick 15-20 min walk to the train downtown or to green lake. Without traffic it is a 10 min drive to downtown. In my opinion, this is the best neighbourhood in Seattle! I was a bit hesitant not having a traditional oven, however the microwave/oven combo worked fine! B was very respectful of my work hours as I was working night shifts. Her and her dog D are always very quiet. I would recommend B's place to all my friends, it was a wonderful experience!

B and D (pup) were super welcoming to me and my dog. The apartment came with everything I could need, I only had to bring clothes. The kitchen had all I needed to cook and bake. I really appreciated the motion sensor light above the door coming and going from night shift. The neighborhood itself was very walkable for me and my dog and nice and quiet. B was very communicative and easily reached. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking!

Great apartment for travel nurses!

Bs apartment was the perfect place for myself and my dog to stay! It was very convenient to my contract at Seattle Childrens and had all the necessities. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. I enjoyed living in this quiet neighborhood and Bettina is a very kind and responsive host! :)

Quaint, quiet & cozy

What a fabulous stay this was!!! Being > 2000 miles away from home & it being my first travel assignment it was so nice to have a landlord that made everything super easy & comfortable. B & D (her pup) welcomed my pup & me with open arms (paws)...it was a lovely home away from home. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable & cozy. You truly don't need to worry about bringing anything besides clothes because B has it covered! The location was amazing because it's located in a quiet, residential neighborhood but only a short 15 minute ride to downtown. Also, I loved that it was only a 5 minute ride to green lake (one of my favorite seattle walking spots). B was super thoughtful, responsive, and an all around fantastic host. She truly went above & beyond to ensure my pup & I had a lovely stay. I'll forever appreciate the hospitality that B showed & can assure you that you'll be making the right choice by staying at her lovely MIL suite!

Peaceful indeed!

A true gem in the city! Ample street parking. I never had an issue parking. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of shade. Utilities included. True, actual one bedroom with separate entrance. Functional kitchen, built in convection oven with induction cooktop. Unit stayed cool on the warm summer days.

Amazing place to stay for anyone!!!

Bettina's cozy apartment has been an absolute pleasure to stay in! It had everything I needed, and if there were any other requests, Bettina was extremely responsive, helpful, considerate, and kind- no issues whatsoever! Very clean, comfortable, and quiet stay for me, I'm sad to be leaving. A new motion-detection light for the door was even installed at the beginning of my stay, which was SO nice to have after getting home late. I'd recommend AND encourage anyone to stay here if they want to experience Seattle. (HUGE thank you to Bettina for everything during the COVID-19 madness!)

Perfect Stay

Bettina's place was the perfect home for me and my pup while I was on assignment in Seattle. She is a super hospitable and thoughtful host. The space is clean and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place in a perfect little neighborhood close to the city.

Perfect travel nurse home!!

I lived in Bettinas property for nearly a year and I was truly sad when it was time to leave. Bettina was so polite, accommodating with my hectic schedule, and always quick to reply when I had questions. The house is furnished with literally everythinggg you need (and more). Black-out curtains and the most comfortable bed made for sleeping after nightshift so easy and relaxing. The property is quiet and is close to the grocery, gas stations, restaurants, dog parks, you name it. This place immediately felt like home for me and my 2 year old dog. I would recommend Bettinas place to anyone!

Beautiful apartment, wonderful host

I lived in Bettina’s apartment July - October and couldn’t have been more comfortable there. She was incredibly accommodating for my rowdy black lab pup and me, and was consistently quick to respond to questions, concerns, and requests. My shifts at Harborview varied between nights and days, and she was always very considerate of my crazy sleep schedule, asking ahead of time about my schedule and adjusting her own activities accordingly. Not only does the apartment include everything you need, it truly feels like home. I already miss living there!

Home away from home

I stayed here from December till July. Loved it! The landlord kept you updated on how it get in touch with her at all times. It was cozy and comfortable. My dog had a on crush her sweet dog Daisy! She was very courteous and respected your privacy but also did many kind things to show you how much she was aware of how sometimes it got lonely being a nurse traveler. Thank you for your kindness! The neighborhood was safe and quiet and very dog friendly. Enjoy your stay here as I did.

Great Temp Housing!

I stayed in this cute place from September until the end of December and could not be more pleased with how nice it has been. The landlord is very kind, welcoming, accommodating and respectful. The neighborhood is quaint and convenient to UW, Northgate Mall and many other dwellings. The apartment is updated and cute, very clean and well kept, comfortable furnishings to make you feel very "at home". This place truly is a travel nurses dream, all inclusive makes it very easy on you and the comfort and kindness of the landlord will make it even better and an easy transition to a new area.

A Travel Nurses DREAM!!

My 5 month stay here this summer has been absolutely perfect! As a travel nurse contracted at Children's it is a very quick drive and very convenient! Ravenna is a picturesque neighborhood that will have you feeling like your in a movie. Very safe, family friendly, easy parking yet still very close to other parts of the city for nights out. The apartment is incredible, complete privacy, extremely clean and also very nice furnishings with high end appliances in the kitchen. Bettina is a fantastic landlord, always available if you need anything at all! Would HIGHLY recommend to any travelers!!

The Perfect Temp Housing

I stayed at this property from the end of January, 2017 through the first week of May. The host truly went out of her way to make my fur-girl and I feel welcome, and was always very respectful of our privacy. We felt very much "at home" in this beautiful living space. The neighborhood is quiet and we always felt very safe. Very close to grocery stores, shopping, and a variety of places to eat. If we are ever back in the area, this is the first place we will look into!

Haven in Ravenna

Respectful landlord, quiet and family friendly location within walking distance to UW Med Center, grocery stores, and many parks. Of the 12+ places I have lived in last 15 years, this was the best.
