very nice and quite time

My wife and I stayed 6 months living in this nice and cozy apartment. The Landlord was always very nice. We enjoyed the area and many stores are close by. Rapid transportation is only 2 blocks away, plenty of space to park my car. We surely won't forget this place, very peaceful. Thank you.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay with Excellent Host

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 month stay at this charming MIL apartment. The space was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed to feel right at home. From kitchen utensils and spices to basic toiletries like toilet paper and dishwashing liquid, the apartment had all the essentials covered. This attention to detail made settling in a breeze. The apartment's location in a serene and secure neighborhood was another highlight. It offered a peaceful retreat from the bustle of city life, yet was conveniently close to two different bus stops, making commuting a breeze. Sues respect for my privacy and prompt responses to any questions or concerns were greatly appreciated. Additionally, the quick and hassle-free return of my security deposit after I moved out was a testament to Sues professionalism and integrity. Overall, my stay was extremely pleasant, and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and worry-free living experience!

Very nice place, safe neighborhood

This place is perfect, it is located in the safe neighborhood, and this place is near to every businesses. I enjoyed the shortwalk to Green Lake. The owner is very considerate, I did not have any problem with noise even though I slept during the daytime.

Greenwood Seattle Area Apt

I stayed in this basement apartment for three months in the summer of 2022. The landlord was wonderful and attended to all my needs. It was so perfect for me and I really enjoed it! The queen bed was very comfortable, the couch converted to a bed for when my friend visited, the bathroom was a nice size with lots of hot water, the washer/dryer were convenient, the WIFI was good, there were extra linens and the kitchen was fully equiped. Everything was very clean and tidy. I plan to return next summer!

Studio for the Winter

Perfect cozy spot for travel nurse! The Greenwood area is awesome, it was so close to the main area with lots of restaurants, shops, book stores, coffee, and bars! Easy quick access to I-5 to get to Harborview, Swedish first hill or cherry hill in about 12 minutes, but away from the busy-ness of downtown. Sue was very responsive and great to rent from!

Great location and setup

This is such a lovely neighborhood and this apartment worked perfectly. I was able to walk to all the nearby local businesses as well as Green Lake. The street parking is safe and the location makes for an easy commute to most of the major hospitals. S kept the apartment stocked with cleaning supplies and paper products and laundry was easily accessible. It was so nice to have private access to the backyard as well! S was so wonderful to work with and was always quick to respond. I highly recommend this rental!

A hidden gem

Perfect studio apartment for someone travelling alone. Everything you need in one big room! And I mean everything. Tiny details down to the potato peeler are provided. S is generous and kind and even lent me camping gear and drove me to the airport. She has all these magazines and books downstairs on Seattle, and if there is a problem she responds very promptly. The backyard patio area is like a fairy garden with the moss in the spring. Walking distance to everything from nail salons and restaurants to grocery stores. Only a quick 30 block bus ride to the hospital, but it really feels like a safe neighborhood, complete with a neighborhood rock poll around the block from the house. Couldnt ask for a better experience.

The perfect place for one!

Sues place was absolutely perfect for me. Clean, comfortable, and in a friendly neighborhood. A short walk to Greenwood, Phinney Ridge, and Green Lake. Sue is a great landlord, quick to respond but also very laid back and kind. I cant imagine finding a better set up in Seattle!
