Perfect place to stay!

I was here for a couple months when I first moved to Long Beach while I was looking for a place to buy and it was the perfect place for that. Nice central location - close to some fun restaurants on Broadway like the Attic and the Firkin Pub. Safe area and cute neighborhood - I felt comfortable walking my dog alone. It was the perfect amount of space for me. Very clean, not a lot of extra clutter or unnecessary items. With a dog I enjoyed the back patio as well. Sharon is wonderful - very accommodating and is willing to move any furniture away or provide window AC units. Shes very caring and will be happy to answer any questions you have. I enjoyed my stay there and left because I purchased a condo.

The Best!

In all my years of travel nursing, I have not come across a better landlord! My roommate and I lived here for over a year, if that tells you anything. This garage apartment is perfect for 2 people (or a small family). The property and the unit itself is very well maintained and extremely clean. It is safe with a gate closing off the property and the location is perfect! You are walking distance to local eateries, grocers, and most importantly (at least to me) the beach. I highly recommend living here! 5 stars all around!

GREAT PLACE!

My husband and I along with our son and fur baby stayed here for a travel assignment. From the moment I contacted Sharon about booking a place she was wonderful. The place wasnt available on the date that we needed so she offered for us to stay with her for the 2 weeks until it was available. Place was very clean when we arrived and the location was perfect! Walking distance to the multiple restaurants and the beach. The dual shower head made for the perfect shower. The outdoor space was very private and a great place to hang outside. Both the place and Sharon made for a wonderful stay!

Amazing place!

My wife and I stayed here for our nursing contract. Perfect place. Everything you need is already here. Walking distance to night life, brunch spots, coffee shops and the beach. Close to the dog park and dog beach. The unit is well decorated and will feel like home as soon as you walk in. Sharon, the owner, would drop off bananas for us that she picked off a friends tree close by! If you have a pet, walk around and enjoy Long Beach. See if you can find the neighbors with the avocado tree, lemon tree and artichoke plants in the vacinity! Can’t wait to come back!

The perfect carriage house!

My fiance and I are travel nurses and stayed at this property for almost four months. The place was perfect! Sharon the owner recently renovated it and she did an awesome job adding tons of charm to the place. The bathroom has dual shower heads which is awesome, and two bedrooms is perfect for having guests! The backyard was super cute and there was a huge nice grill to use. The laundry machine was also really nice, and having all the appliances that we needed was a bonus. Overall, I highly recommend staying here! Sharon was so personable and was just down the street if we needed anything!
