Studio Review
The studio is a great place to stay! Close to Downtown Boise, Hyde Park, and the Boise foothill which is great for hiking! Extra storage in available in the shed. It has a good size kitchen with a stovetop and oven. Kevin is great and will help you with anything you need. With the studio, Kevin has a laundry service that will pick up your laundry and have it back to you in 24hs or less that is nicely folded! Free of charge. This is much more convenient than going to a laundry mat. Don't let the fact of not having a washer and dryer keep you from this great property.

Great place, the perfect location
We called this studio home for 6 months and we're really pleased with our stay. Kevin is an excellent host and very thoughtful, kind, and helpful. The studio is a great space and has everything we needed. The yard space is great as well. The location is everything here. Great neighborhood and easy access to both hiking trails and biking to the greenbelt or downtown. We would be thrilled to stay here again if we were back in Boise.

Wonderful Studio
This is a wonderful, extremely pleasant studio apartment. It has very nice comfortable furniture and a great Murphy bed. The kitchen has everything you need. There are two areas on the property with chairs and a table to sit and enjoy the beautiful Boise mornings. Plus, it is in a great location with many places to walk and easy drives to interesting Boise areas. K and D are very cordial and responsive landlords. I enjoyed every day of my stay here.

Place is just as describes quaint but lots of storage ! Location location is perfect and Kevin goes out to his way to help in any way he can if issues arise even if its a holiday! Got someone to come out on thanksgiving to fix the heater when it went out and he was on vacation! Home comes when lots of appliances to cook

Perfect Studio
This studio was exactly what I was looking for. It had all the amenities and more just like the description says. The location was perfect! K was great and always available when needed!
