Great Apartment - Great Experience

I had a great experience staying at this apartment for 11 months and absolutely give it a 5-star review. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and impressively quiet. Having an assigned off-street parking space was a huge convenience as well. The landlord was wonderful to work with - responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. The apartment was fully furnished and included kitchen appliances and other useful kitchen essentials, which made moving in and living there very easy. Overall, the apartment was exactly as advertised, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay.

So cute

This is a great building, and the apartment is really cute, comfortable, and quiet! It's close to the hospitals, Memorial Park, and downtown Dundee. There is a super cute coffee shop walking distance from the apartment and beautiful historical homes down the street. It has laundry on site, internet that works, parking, and an equipped kitchen with full-size appliances. Brittin takes great care of it and really values the tenants. She is easy to contact and easy to talk to, and you can tell she loves these buildings. If I end up in Omaha again, I will look here first!

Great Spot! Great Person!

Brittan was fantastic to work with. I was in a bit of a pinch with a summer internship I had in Omaha right before I moved across the country, so I was in desperate need of a short-term solution. Setting up a lease with Brittan was a piece of cake; the apartment came with everything I needed from a furnishing standpoint -- even kitchenware! The Shirley apartments were in a great location, close to the office I worked out of in Old Market. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and away from significant traffic. This is a great spot -- made a potentially stressful summer a breeze

Quiet and Relaxing

I really appreciated staying in this apartment-it was spacious, quiet, and perfect for me as a night shifter. The short commute to work made life so much easier, and the friendly neighbors added to the charm of the historic neighborhood. The landlord was always responsive and upfront, which I truly valued. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'm genuinely grateful!

Owner is awesome and apartment super cute

Owner B is wonderful. She made my move in smooth. Was very helpful. Always answered any calls. She truly cares for her tenants. Apartment is a great location as well. As I traveler I always look for stay clean and close location to hospital and this apartment fit all those things. Would stay again if in the area

Very cute and comfortable apartment

The apartment is the perfect size for one person and a small pet and a lot of effort has been put into making it both cute and cozy and it shows. Brittan Taylor is a very warm and welcoming person who loves dogs. Ive had a great experience staying here so far and since my contract has been extended in the area shes been willing to extend my lease as well. Shes also very easy to get ahold of for anything and really cares about the apartment and the people. Its definitely one of the best experiences Ive had finding housing during my traveling career. Dont hesitate on these apartments!

The Shirley Apartments gave me a peaceful and beautiful living experience during my time in Omaha. Brittan and her staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, had everything I needed and was always content. The apartment is beautifully designed and furnished - both modern and classic. Brittan is a true pro who cares for the well-being and happiness of her tenants. I had been concerned finding a furnished apartment having a pet, but it was no problem for Brittan. All in all, a wonderful experience that I would do again. Thank you, Shirley Apartments and Brittan!
