Best place I stayed at in San Diego

Before I stayed in this place, I was at a nightmare condo in downtown San Diego. Thankfully, I found this amazing little 2 BR home. It has that quaint feeling and it was next to so many little shops at walking distance! I was working night shift, so the coffee shop at the corner of this home (Lestats) became my perfect go-to because I was also studying on my nights off and this coffee shop is open 24/7! I can't even express the relief I had when I got there and was able to park RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY DOORSTEP because it made the move-in incredibly easy compared to an apartment or condo building. Not only was move-in & move-out easy but also grocery days. For those that order a lot from Amazon, I never had trouble with them delivering to my front/back entrance. I also LOVED how much better it was to ride my city bike in this neighborhood - many little trails nearby or even around the 'hood was lovely. I don't care for beaches but, if you do, the beach is not far from this place. <3

Pristine, bright 2-bedroom in prime University Heights location

I loved living here for 6 months! Amazing 2-bedroom unit with everything you could need. Very intuitive layout, comfortable furnishings, everything in perfect condition, huge smart TVs. Great shower and bathroom. Super fast wi-fi and great place to work from home. Under 5-minute walk to the heart of University Heights, with some great coffee shops and a fun but relaxed vibe.

Charming, Perfect Location, and Fantastic Landlord

This sweet little one-bedroom sits right off the main street in the University Heights neighborhood, very close to Hillcrest. The location can't get any better -- local restaurants, coffee shops, and a farmer's market all within walking distance. There is also quick access to freeways for commuting. The unit itself is well-stocked and has everything you need for a furnished rental, including all pots and pans, cooking utensils, towels, bedding, well-cared-for TVs and sofa. I also had a great experience with the landlord as he was helpful in answering any questions about the unit quickly and was flexible to the needs of my stay. Overall, my experience at this proper was fantastic! If I didn't have to move out of the area, I would have stayed longer. Thank you for such a great experience!

Charming Rental

This is a charming and quaint one-bedroom rental unit. It is furnished quite aesthetically. It has all amenities including a parking spot as well as coin-operated laundry on the unit. I really enjoyed my time staying at this place. It is a very central location located about 15 minutes away from La Jolla, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, etc... and only 9 minutes from Gaslamp. It is also located close to most of the hospitals which made the commutes very manageable. It is located in a really cute neighborhood close to some phenomenal restaurants as well.

Great place to call home

I love this place!!!! I stayed for over a year. The neighborhood is amazing EVERYTHING you need is within walking distance. The neighbors are friendly and it comes with parking. There is everything you could need to keep cozy at this home away from home. I would stay again if its open and I get back to SD.

Great Stay!

I stayed here for 8 months on a travel contract. It's a great, quiet neighborhood with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops that are walking distance. It's a 10 to 15 minute drive to anything else you want to do in San Diego! The apartment itself is adorable and has everything you need! I would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay for 6 months!

I have stayed in this apartment for about six months as a travel nurse on assignment at a local hospital in San Diego. The property owner has quickly responded to anything I have needed and is very dependable. It is a quiet neighborhood with restaurants within walking distance. The location is close to most everything in San Diego. Would stay here again!
