The Best Stay!
I loved living here over the summer! The property is only a 2 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you right downtown. Using the bus it only took me 27 min to go to work without having to transfer. The property and neighborhood is so peaceful! The apartment overlooks Lake Washington and it's such a beautiful sight. Also Kate, the property manager, is the sweetest. Would 10/10 stay here again.
Leschi stay
I had the pleasure to stay at S's place in the Leschi neighborhood. It was an ideal location being close to the #27 that goes right to downtown and easily connects to the first hill hospitals and clinics. It is short walk to Leschi market for all your groceries and lake Washington for recreation! S's place was quiet and tucked away and felt like staying in a cozy little treehouse :) It is plenty of room for a solo traveler with a full kitchen, in unit laundry and a comfortable bed. You will also be greeted by a friendly black lab and playful cat most days :) If I travel back to Seattle I will be looking out for this place again!
La
Enjoyed staying here while working in Seattle. Short 15 min drive to Seattle Childrens Hospital. Beautiful area with great walking trails right out the door. Close to some nice restaurants, pubs, and local grocery store. Truly enjoyed the beautiful view from my home away from home. S was an excellent host.
Cozy home away from home
This property was so lovely to stay in. Peaceful, beautifully decorated and had plenty of amenities. A few of my favorite things about this place were the views of the lake, close walking distance to restaurants, parks, shops, easy access to public transportation, and being close to downtown Seattle and Bellevue but far enough away from the busy cities so that it is quiet and no traffic. There are trails around the area that were fun to explore, and a great area for riding a bicycle. Sandra was great, she is very welcoming and made it such an easy transition for me as I am a traveling nurse :)
cozy apartment
This apartment was cozy, and perfect for what I was looking for. The view of Lake Washington was beautiful! The owner had all amenities prepared. I had no issues with sound from other apartment occupants or street noise. It felt like a little oasis away from the hustle of downtown Seattle.
Perfect for a travel nurse!
This location is not only convenient but the views are incredible. The house is super cute and quiet. This was the perfect property for myself as a single travel nurse working at Harborview. The bus system was easily accessible and multiple lines are available. 10 min bus ride to work in the morning. It was so nice being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but so easy to get to when I needed. Quick walk to restaurants and convenient store. Sandra was so easy to work with from the start and things couldn't have gone smoother. If I ever return I would definitely try to stay here again!
Great location, beautiful view!
I have enjoyed being a resident of the 700 Building since March of 2015. It’s been great having a short 10 minute drive to my work, Capitol Hill where several of the large medical facilities are located, and downtown Seattle. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to a great market/deli/butcher shop nearby on the waterfront, and also dry cleaning, parks/waterfront access and Daniel’s Broiler, Blue Water Bistro. The building has a classic early 1900’s charm, with updated appliances and fixtures. Hardwood floors, a fireplace, great wood-work, Internet, cable TV and access to transit system. Beautiful View!
