This Studio was very clean and well kept. The owner did a great job of decorating and making this studio feel like home away from home. The owner was so quick to accommodate my needs and concerns, with great, quick response communication. I felt very safe and cozy in this home. I would recommend this property to anyone!

BEST RENTAL EVER

We stayed at this rental while we were making the transition to our move to Las Vegas. From day one S was wonderful making our move much easier. The property is very comfortable and definitely feels like home. It's centrally located with easy access to all Las Vegas has to offer, yet very peaceful and secure with the large property and gate. The house itself was very well supplied with everything needed to make living easy. S was easily reachable by text and answered all of our concerns immediately. If you're looking for a great rental, this is the place. We actually hated to leave because it was such a positive experience. We would definitely recommend this property to someone looking for a short term rental, you won't be disappointed. J and G

Amazing Property

SG is the best property manager/landlord you could ever wish for. she is easy to talk to and available to the tenant. As a travel nurse this property has every amenity I needed while being 1275 miles from home. The property was clean and is in a quiet neighborhood. The gated property with security cameras kept my mind at easy while away from property knowing my vehicle and belongings were safe. The studio is close to grocery stores and multiple restaurants. When I am back in the Las Vegas area for work or vacation I will look to SG and Goodwin Rentals above all others.

S G is a wonderful and accommodating landlord. Her rental property was a lifesaver when my previous arrangement was altered/canceled last minute and I needed to find a new place ASAP. She was also very accommodating when I needed to extend my stay for a couple extra days. I would definitely consider her property first for future assignments in Las Vegas and I definitely recommend her to friends and colleagues.

Awesome Studio

I will begin by saying I never write reviews but this property made me rethink that. Moving to Vegas for 6/8 months of work back in March of 2021 left me with the daunting task of finding a furnished apartment at a reasonable price. After finding this location and making contact with S, the owner, I already felt at ease even before seeing the studio. Following the detailed directions given, I drove thru a quiet neighborhood of beautiful upscale homes to a big metal gate with concrete block surrounding the property. I activated the code and the gate opened automatically and I drove in and around the back of a house to a big two car garage with covered parking and a full length covered concrete porch with a table and chairs set up at the entrance. Once again, I entered a provided code to gain access. Once inside I could already smell and see how clean everything was. The queen size bed was extremely comfortable with clean sheets to spare in the closet and fresh towels in the bath. The kitchen contained everything I needed to cook and clean with extra trash bags and cleaning supplies. A studio size refrigerator with access to a full size in the other part of the garage which also has a top of the line front loading washer and dryer. I couldnt have been more happy with my choice, from the amenities to the location and privacy, Im sure you wont find anything like this spot in Vegas. Thanks again S
