The property is located in a nice, safe neighborhood close to highway. It was a convenient 4-6 minute drive to TriHealth Bethesda North. House is clean. The room is small with a comfortable mattress, desk, dresser, closet with an ironing board and black out curtains. Vickie offered a flexible payment plan (monthly, bi-weekly, weekly). During the winter, the thermostat is set to 65 degrees heat. I brought a heating pad to tuck in the bed at my feet. Vickie sleeps on the couch and watches TV at night until 9-12pm. The noise kept me awake at night due to the thin walls. There was limited refrigerator space. This made the shared living spaces feel unshared/exclusive.

Wonderful house and wonderful landlord!!

Vickie is seriously amazing. I dont even want to call her a landlord but more like family. I stayed there for my first ever nursing assignment and she really made me feel home. We would have dinners together with the other travelers in the house, just hang out and talk, and always kept in close contact with each other. She writes little notes every day to her travelers wishing they have a good day! The house is super nice and clean. Even though there are other travelers the house is big enough that you dont feel crowded. Everyone has their own space. I highly recommend!

Reasonably priced, has all the amenities, great location. A very convenient 8 month stay.
