Best place in town.

J is the best host you could ever ask for. I lived with her for a year and loved it. She treats you like a client not a roommate and has lived in the area majority of her life. She is knowledgable about the greater bay area to help you settle in and give you recommendations about the area. She's not a renter from hell but a renter from heaven. She's always more than willing to share anything around the house you might need, even gave me some rides when my car was in the shop to help save money on uber. Her house has a beautiful park right next door that connects to a 100 mile plus bike path taking you all through san jose and city's close by. Neighborhood is very friendly and she has great relationships with the next door neighbors. She has been a nurse for many years and is a joy to be around and has a great energy that makes her a great host. 12/10 Recommend!

Safe and Quiet

I rented a room from Julie for 3 months in 2017. I enjoyed my stay with her and her roommate. They are nice, friendly people. I worked nights and they were very respectful of my day sleeping. She even hung room darkening shades. There is a park nearby with good walking trails. The house is conveniently located near the interstate for easy travels.
