I've had a great time staying here. The house is in a nice neighborhood that's busy and walkable. Owner is a really good guy. Super communicative and accommodating. The property is well taken-care-of. The atmosphere is social and welcoming. The bed is very comfortable.

Amazing place to stay around Ballard and near Seattle!

This is a beautiful home with plenty of space in a great location. I stayed for 9 months in the bottom floor with a private bathroom and a sliding door to the newly remodled backyard. There is an upper floor bedroom with its own dedicated bathroom as well. The location is in a nice neighborhood with coffee shops, breweries, food and other shops within walking distance. There is easy parking nearby and the drive to local hospitals was decent since I worked at Swedish Cherry Hill Hospital. The home is clean and well kept with all the amenities I could ask for such as a nice kitchen, great internet, and more. Felix was a kind and very responsive host, promtly addressing any concern that arose. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend for those seeking housing around Seattle. Plus the views overlooking the mountains and city from the kitchen are amazing!

Cute Ballard spot

Cool 1b/1b right in the heart of Ballard. Worked at UW Montlake/Harborview and Virgina Mason, super convenient drive to both. Very close to market street in Ballard, lots of shops and places to eat. Great nightlife as well. Also walking distance to several good breweries and parks.Very chill owner, and a clean/well kept spot to boot. East street parking, would highly recommend.

Great place, great roomie, great AC

This is a 3br, 3.5 bathroom tri level house with no shared walls. I rented the bottom floor room with a full bed, private bathroom and sliding door to the yard. It was a great space and had plenty of closet room. My travel buddy rented the top floor second unit with a big closet and her own bathroom. The landlord lives in the third bedroom and he made for an awesome roomie when he was there and not traveling. He does come as a packaged deal with two pups, so I recommend this place if you are a dog people. Not many spaces in Seattle have AC, so that was dope. It was also walkable to the Ballard breweries/Ballard downtown, an easy drive to Swedish/harborview/UW hospitals and had easy parking. We were here for 3 months during the summer and had an amazing time. Laundry in unit and beautiful sunset views from the kitchen. Would recommend!

If you are looking for a quaint sublet close to the heart of Ballard (one of Seattles best neighborhoods in my opinion), look no further! Walking distance to over 12 breweries and tons of restaurants! Easy drive to most hospitals. I worked at harborview and it was an easy drive for night shift. Whether you take the 5 or the tunnel. The owner was great! Very accommodating and helpful with getting acquainted with the area! Not sure how much he will be around but his two dogs were an added bonus for me! I highly recommend!

Great place to stay

Very nice place,homey and conveniently located. I'm glad I stayed here. Owner was so nice that I was lucky to find this place after my initial place canceled and he was so very receptive and accommodating to me so quickly
