Condo Review

We initially booked Jamie's apartment while in Anchorage for a travel job. The place is great - exactly as described. Jamie is very easy for work with and super easy to get a hold of as/when needed. The condo is super close to ANMC/Southcentral which is very convenient. The unit that the condo is apart of is quiet and, depending on the time of the year, is mostly empty. We enjoyed staying here so much that we extended out out initial lease from 3 months all the way out to nearly 1.5yrs (thanks again to Jamie for being flexible). I would not hesitate to recommend this condo for rent.

Great Place!

I stayed at Jamies property for over a year as a travel nurse at Prov. Cozy 2 bed, 1 bath unit on the top floor. Everything updated, I felt right at home! Lots of storage for outdoor supplies, and covered parking space outside. I felt very safe in the unit. Thanks Jamie for letting me stay in your beautiful little place!

Super comfortable, convenient location

The condo has everything you could possibly need while staying away from home. There were even dog treats and camping gear in the closet! J****** has thought of just about everything! After long days at the hospital, the condo was a welcome and quiet respite. Because it was winter, I especially enjoyed the electric fireplace and the close proximity to the hospitals, fast food and other stores. The few times I needed to ask J**** a question, she responded within 10 minutes. I stayed there before the remodel and it was nice then. By the pics, it looks even more beautiful! The covered parking was nice, as well as the condo being quiet, especially being on the top floor. The condo is very clean and it's nice having the washer and dryer in the basement so you don't have to go out. Does not have wifi, but I just projected my phone screen onto tv and that worked just fine. Quiet, responsive owner, close proximity to everything, clean, updated, safe

Amazing property

This property has everything you need to be here for long-term rental plenty of plates plenty of forks planning if cooking utensils. Its within walking distance of Providence and native. I look forward to coming back next year and staying at the same place

Great Place

My friend, her dog and I stayed at J's place for 10 months. This is an ideal place, proximity to main roads and hospitals is convenient. We both worked at Providence, it's a 12 min walk to work, door-to-door. Campbell Creek Trail for walking, running, biking, and skiing is a 7 min walk away and has room for a few cars at the tail access point. We felt safe at all hours of the day and night. Wonderful neighbors at this condo. Parking for two vehicles. I kept my kayak along the trees in the back with no issues. Condo is fully stocked with supplies. TV's in all the rooms. Desk available. J was wonderful to work with. Communicative, quick to respond, and overall a kind and friendly individual. Two notes: - You do supply your own internet - During the winter Tozier Track, sled dog racing trailhead, is just down the street and they commonly race on weekend afternoons so night shifters there may be lots of barking while trying to sleep. We would definitely stay here again.

Great proximity to either hospitals

Jamie did a great job with this property. Had everything you needed and was a great location for any of the hospitals. Jamie was very easy to reach and great at communication. Would definitely rent from her again!

Everything you would need

Condo had everything you could possibly need for you stay. It was much larger than I expected, and close to everything in town. Jamie, the owner was super sweet and accommodating whenever my travel times were weird. One of the easiest stays I've had yet, would definitely recommend to anyone :)

Great furnished place close to all hospitals

Great furnished apartment at the end of a quiet dead end street. Super close to all 3 hospitals. Me and another travel RN stayed at Jamies for a little over 3 months. Furnished with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Washer and dryer in building. Small patio to relax outside. Very quiet building and nice neighbors. Assigned parking spot under carport. Jamie is very responsive and we didnt have any issues at all. Would definitely recommend staying here! Great price for amenities and location!
