Home away from home

This place is amazing! C is a great landlord, roommate, and friend. Shes helpful and handy, and any issues with the place are resolved quickly. The space is very comfortable and clean, and the bathroom is luxurious. I never saw any bugs or rodents in the house (this is extremely important to me!). Laundry in the basement is super convenient. The kitchen is really nice, and C provides any kitchenware, appliances, or spices you might need. There is nice seating in the front and back yardsboth great spaces to hangout and enjoy the Denver weather. Lastly, the location is great. Its only a 10-minute ride to downtown Denver and all the nightlife while still feeling like a nice, quiet neighborhood. Ill miss C and her pets so much. I wish I could stay longer!

Great Home and Even Better Host

At first I was skeptical about living in someone's house, but Carol is honest, easy and genuine. Her house and yard are beautiful and well maintained. There is so much space, but also great to hang out with her when we were both home. She was respectful of me, my belongings and my space. She was extremely helpful when I needed extra storage space and messed up my parking permit. She helped give many suggestions on places to go or not to go during my stay! On top of that she has become a great friend of mine. The location was great, so many places within walking distance. Can't wait to back

INCREDIBLE!!

I lived with Carol and Skye(her doggy) during my assignment at Lutheran Medical and omg I can’t say enough great things! First of all Carol is incredible, she became one of my best friends and still is currently! Her house is beautiful and super homey!! It’s so incredibly conveniently close to everything! If you’re looking for a place to stay while in Denver you’d be blessed to get to live here with the best host probably in the universe!!
