Great location
Loved this property! The location is near the 10 and 101. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distant. Close to Cedar Sinai, UCLA and USC. Landlord, C, is very nice and accommodating. Room is comfortable, bed is comfy. Though there is no closet, I was able to do with the amount of storage available. Private gated parking was especially appreciated in this neighborhood.

Quiet and comfortable
This place really has everything you need and the finishes are very nice. The day bed is very big and crazy comfortable. The microwave has a convection option so you really have an oven as well. The only downside might be that there are no sports channels in the cable setup and wi-fi can sometimes be cantankerous. It's a lovely place and I would definitely stay there again if my travels returned me to the LA area.
