A perfect desert stay

M's house was everything I needed to make my stay in Palm Springs perfect. The house was always very clean and tidy, noise levels were never an issue as I worked nights and M worked days. As a roommate M was very welcoming and respectful of my space. My room had tons of closet space for my things, a great view from the balcony, and privacy. The hot tub out back was a very pleasant bonus and it being a gated community always made me feel safe. Right near downtown, this spot was a perfect distance to all things to explore downtown as well as easy access for me to jump on the 10 for an easy drive to Eisenhower. I highly recommend this place and M as a roommate. I had a great stay here!

Spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable. Mxxxxx is very accommodating, professional, and friendly. Located near Desert Regional and downtown Palm Springs.

Hidden gem!!!

This property was an absolute gem and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, yet affordable place to stay in the Palm Springs area! Very safe community with all the amenities you look for (pool, hot tub, community gym, gated community, and not to mention the amazing views)... Michael was an absolutely pleasure to have as a roommate! He completely respected my privacy, yet welcomed me with open arms. Would 150% stay with Michael again if I were to take another assignment in the Palm Springs area. Thank you Michael for making my stay in Palm Springs a memorable one :)

Everything about this stay was great!! My host Michael was friendly and easy to live with. He made my stay very pleasant!! The accommodations were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental!!!
