Great place. Friendly hosts

Had a wonderful time staying here for almost 6 months! The hosts were very nice and accommodating.

7 month stay

I originally came to stay at M's property on short notice in August and stayed until mid March of this year. From the beginning of my time until the end, she was super accommodating/inviting throughout the entire stay. It is a great house with an even better atmosphere. I wish I could have stayed longer as all my roommates and I hung out any chance we got. For the price it cannot be beat. Usual cookouts and meals were a thing as well. In terms of amenities, M provides but not limited to: - fully stocked kitchen - fully furnished room - cleaning supplies Before I got a storage unit in town, M allowed me to temporarily store some of my belongings in a down stairs room as well. This cut down on my stress immensely from the quick move. She is great when it comes to recommendations for best eats/drinks/entertainment in town too. Overall I loved my stay and would do it again in a heartbeat. This is definitely a property to consider if you are looking.

Felt like home

From the very first day , I felt welcomed. Host was very accommodating to anything that was needed. It felt like home. Everyone was very respectful of personal space and personal property. I would return if given the chance. Work was 10 min away and also 10 min drive from downtown. Easy to locate.

Wonderful, courteous owner

I started out in one of the main level rooms, and was quiet cozy and well furnished. The owner was incredible and very accommodating to any needs that arose. Roughly around March, I moved to the upper level due to a need for more space. Again, the owner was more than accommodating to those needs. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay, and highly recommend this property to anyone looking.

Absolutely loved staying here during my time in Minneapolis. Super cozy house with a great atmosphere. Feels like home away from home. Loved having kitchen access and able to use all amenities. Super clean environment

Staying with M and her family was wonderful! It was always clean and the roommates were always nice, welcoming, and friendly. Everyone was respectful of each other and the space around them and there was no waiting for the kitchen or the bathroom. I was really sad to leave after being so close with everyone there! 10/10 highly recommend it!

Central To lots of contracts I took!!!

Ive stayed at this property many of contracts for extended periods of time, recommended it to other travelers and everything. I work overnights and Evenings and really like how the location was so close to the 5 contracts I stayed for! Rent is the best price Ive found and the housemates dont eat your food!

I stayed with Melissa and her family for 13 weeks during my travel assignment! Got along so well with all the roommates living in the house. Never had to wait for the bathroom. Had use of the entire house. Could cook and do laundry whenever I wanted. Melissa is so incredibly lovely and I really enjoyed staying with her, was super sad to leave! Got to enjoy campfires late at night in the yard and theres a beautiful trail along the Mississippi River thats only 5 minutes from the house to run/walk/bike! Would stay here again in a heartbeat :)

Great cozy home

Owner was very pleasant and easy to work with. I had access to the whole house. No limit as to when I could cook or do laundry. Had no problems with the other roommate. Everyone was very respectful to each other and each others space. It was nice to have other people there to talk to and hang out with. Truly enjoyed my stay and if I get assigned back will stay there again!

BEWARE!! Dishonest nasty property manager, car stealing neighborhood NOISY!!

The home has way too many people there which isnt listed.. Very noisy home and a dishonest host. BEWARE.. roommates car was also stolen and another roommates car was towed, property manager never informed anyone of street cleaning or lack of warning signs in the neighborhood... Had to get out ASAP.. false advertising!!! Verbally abuse to 4 year old daughter... No REMORSE from the manager at all...
