B7-New Unit

B and her partner were great landlords. I did a short term rental and stayed there for 6 months. In the beginning, there were some issues with the hot water but during that time she offered me to stay in one of her other units until she got it fixed. She also compensated me for the inconvenience which I appreciated. After that was fixed, we didn't have any issues and it was a peaceful stay. I worked night shift so I was usually sleep during the day so I needed something in a safe, nice & quiet area, which it most definitely was. B remained professional throughout our stay. She respected our privacy & never showed up unannounced and she always tried to work around our schedule when her maintenance men needed to come by. I really appreciated the type of landlord that she was and I would recommend her to anyone else.

B and M are the best hosts period. I wish I could take them with me every location I traveled to. They are so welcoming and just all around good people. They are very accommodating and respond quickly. Would recommend staying with them to anyone.

Brenda was responsive, friendly, and communicative from the very first call I made to her. She and her business partner, Missy, are super understanding and make it easy for travel nurses while on the road and away from family. From the moment I walked into the condo, I could picture myself napping on the couch, kicked back watching Netflix in the comfy recliner, cooking in the kitchen, and my mom driving up to sleep over in the extra bedroom from time to time. The tender loving care that went into decorating the home was palpable. I felt as though I was just house sitting for some friends =)
