Watch out. We spent two days scrubbing the apartment including rodent turds in kitchen cabinets. She seems to have ghosted me on my deposit even though we left it in better shape than we found it for sure.

Id like to clarify a few key points for transparency: Condition of the Apartment: The apartment was professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Upon your departure, it was left in extremely poor conditionrequiring significant cleaning, including removal of personal items, trash, and biohazards (used condoms), and there were multiple missing household item including a quilt. Security Deposit: Your deposit was withheld due to the extensive cleaning and replacement costs, which were documented and shared in accordance with Furnished Finder guidelines. Pest Allegation: There were no signs of rodent activity reported by prior or subsequent tenants, and this was not brought to my attention during your stay. Had you communicated this at the time, I would have addressed it immediately. While I strive to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming space for all my guests, I also expect the same level of respect for the property in return. I wish you the best in your future travels.
