If you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a long term rental, this is not the place for you. The view is beautiful and you will see lots of wildlife. They were flexible with my renting dates as I extended my contract, but will not pro-rate rent. On the other hand, be leery of the landlords. A coworker that lived here previously caught them rummaging through her trash and opening her mail. They entered the apartment with very short notice and no permission. The husband was not respectful of personal space and crossed boundaries multiple times. When moving out, they had unrealistic cleaning rules and will penalize you accordingly. I've rented for 15 years and have never had an issue until now. Be cautious of renting from them, and take pictures before and after.
