Absolutely the best!

Absolutely the best place I've stayed! Clean and well put together, had everything I could possible need! Very homey and comfortable. The owners we so respectful of me staying in their rental. Felt very safe. Thank you Dana! Would definitely book again.!

Amazing oasis away from home

Had the BEST FF experience with D and her super cute studio, it was literally my sanctuary traveling alone for the first time without a car. Tacoma General was just a 10 min walk, very safe neighborhood and everything you need in walking distance. Everything about the apartment is upscale and includes every item you could possibly need, from brita water container to a coffee grinder. The bed was so comfortable, linens soft, towels luxurious. It even included a monthly cleaning service. The building is quiet and accessible by code or key, packages easily found at the mailboxes or delivered at your door. Dana made it so easy to put a small deposit down to reserve my spot (this is the first time I booked prior to arriving bc D made it so easy and affordable). She always checked in to see if I needed anything, but gave me privacy as well. Lovely upscale market & restaurants just a 5 min walk from me. Washer & dryer were quiet behind closed door inside unit. Highly recommend!

Wondeful Stay

Amazing condo to stay at while in Tacoma! The unit is in a great location and has so many touches and amenities to make it feel like home. It was great to walk outside and have views of the water and the mountains and very convenient to getting to work or running errands. Parking was very easy to find. D is one of the best hosts I have ever worked with. She is very timely in communication, checks in to make sure everything is going well, and is available if any questions or concerns arise. She consistently went above and beyond to be hospitable and ensure a great stay. Although my stay was unexpectedly cut short, I would've loved to have more time in this beautiful condo.

By far one of my best stays :) D and her husband are the sweetest and very attentive and responsive to any needs you may have. Walked to work every day which was nice (only 10 min walk to TG) safe area and loved to take walks throughout the beautiful historic neighborhood. 10/10 recommend.

Great location, cozy home, safe, even greater landlords!

I feel as if I could not have been blessed more with this apartment! With it being my first travel home, I was scared but within a small amount of time, I was assured that I was in the best place I could be. The neighborhood felt safe, to the point where I would go on runs alone. It's a beautiful neighborhood with cute shops, kind locals/neighbors, good views of the port, and the famous Stadium Highschool (absolutely gorgeous!!) You are provided with basically everything you could possibly need for the place and if you feel that you are missing something, you will have a kind landlord who is not hesitant to make it available to you. I truly felt that the landlords wanted to make this place feel as homey as possible. It is also decorated beautifully. They are available and quick to respond when needed and they never made me feel uncomfortable. The only thing that was a bit tedious was knowing where to park, but if you park on the backside you'll be fine always! I would stay here again!

The unit is very well decorated and homey. Dana has made the unit as convenient for me as possible, and would even offer any additional needs if it wasn't. I especially loved my welcome goody basket! The building is safe and had never issues with my packages. I loved how pedestrian friendly the area was and how the park and grocery store were within walking distance. I would also like to mention how the communication with Dana was easy and honest! You never know what will happen with landlords you have to send funds to without having met them, but Dana made it easy for me to trust her and worked with my preferred method of payment and a tenant friendly timeline. Dana was very flexible for my rental needs. Thank you for such a cute unit!

A true gem!

This condo has been my favorite in all my travels. Walking distance to TG, grocery store, many fantastic restaurants, parks, and gyms and the Ruston Way waterfront. (I worked in Puyallup at Good Sam...22 minute drive.) The condo is darling, quiet, and clean. The peekaboo water views were a delightful surprise! Communication with the owner was timely and friendly. I was here during "stay home, stay safe" and I was SO grateful. The monthly cleaning service was a nice bonus! My next assignment in this area will be dependent on the availability of this condo! Thank you!
