Cozy Space, Great Neighborhood

I stayed in the apartment for 90 days while working at a local clinic that was on the green line. The basement apartment is spacious, well furnished, complete with new washer and dryer units, state of the art appliances, and a window unit that does heat and a/c. Vicki was amazing and also stocked the kitchen with flatware and pans as I did not travel with any of these. The bed was super cozy with plenty of pillows and fresh sheets to use during my stay. Cable tv and internet were included and I always had good signal with those and my cell phone.There are many windows and it can get a lot of light, or you can close them up if you're working nights and need to sleep during the day. I brought my two cats and they loved the stay as well! Easy access to the red line via the metrobus which runs very frequently. Lots of food options in the neighborhood and the groceries are less than 3-4 miles away. This is a great place to stay if you're looking for travel housing to stay while in the DMV.

Great Location

Cute basement apartment, great location. Vicki was very accommodating and friendly. Had a couple little issues in the beginning, but she took care of them right away. Would highly recommend this place!

Fabulous property

This propert is a great find. It has a private entrance, parking is no hassle which is great for DC. It is such a comfortable apartment with all the amenities you’d need. WiFi, tv, kitchen, laundry, and plenty of storage space. The owner is wonderful, always available, very sweet, respects your space but always just a quick phone call away. I loved it so much I was here several months. If I could I’d stay. This is one of the best finds in DC and it’s close to so many great attractions, there are several bus routes that run on the main Street and it’s less than a mile from the metro.

Great Find!

The property it self is a nice large basement studio apartment. The apartment offered free parking, washer/dryer, and cable TV. It's only 10-12 minuets away from Children's National which was perfect! There are bus stops very close by if you don't have a car and you can get to the metro train station in minutes with no issues. The landlord, Vicki, is very easy going and nice. She had the place nicely decorated and with pretty much everything you need to get by for your temporary stay. Overall this was a great find and I am glad I got the chance to stay here while working in DC.
