Cozy House is freshly remodeled and furnished. Granite counter tops, new cabinets, new appliances and new furniture. It looks great. Every thing I could think of is in each side of the duplex. The dcor is warm and welcoming. 5 hospitals within 4 minutes. I am no more than 15 minutes away.

Loved Cozy House
I stayed in Cozy house for 9 months and it literally felt like home. The name Cozy House is so fitting. It's located directly across the street from UAMS and it's 8 min from Baptist Health. Mr. Greenhaw was great and just a phone call away. I'll always recommend this place to anyone looking in Little Rock.

AWESOME PLACE!!!!
This was the BEST place I've EVER stayed!!! I DID NOT want to leave!! I felt safe and the decor was excellent!! Steve, the owner, is a very nice and easy person to deal with! Whoever is reading this better snatch this up because it won't be vacant for long!!! AND, you can recycle there!!
