Perfect temporary home

I was in the middle of moving and checked out one of Holly and Kathy’s other places. They suggested this one because it’s bigger, which worked great since I work from home, and it has land for my two dogs. The house had everything I needed. When that big snowstorm hit in January 2026, they were super helpful and easy to work with. Honestly, they’re great hosts.

The BEST home away from home!

As soon as you walk in, you already feel at home. This place is cozy, clean, and literally has everything you need! I mean from in-unit laundry to an air-fryer! I was shocked that I didn't have to go get anything! Not only is the space extremely comfortable and functional, but the outside yard is beautiful. You are surrounded by the beautiful Tennessee greenery with fireflies accompanying you while you sit at the outdoor fire-pit. We would often prefer to stay home. And let me tell you about the landlords... Probably the nicest people you will ever meet. They are attentive and quick to respond. Any issues we had they were there to help the same day! Never had an issue with parking. The location was just perfect for us. 10 minutes outside the hustle and bustle, very country feel - but also close to essential shopping and amazing restaurants (our favorites: TennFold, Party Fowl, McNamara's Irish Pub). Great stay. You will just love it here. We were sad to leave :).

Amazing place!

I came for 3 months and loved the place so much I stayed for 9 months! It is located about 20 minuted to downtown Nashville, but just enough away from the action to enjoy the nature! I was never alone with my morning coffee as I got to watch the deer grazing morning and night! The landlords are also amazing people and promptly respond to any emergencies or issues. The place was stocked with everything from cooking utensils to plenty of linens . If I ever come back, I will be staying here again if there is availability.

Nashville apt

I had the pleasure of staying in this hidden gem from August until December. It was quiet, private and close to everything I needed. The best part the property is close to downtown Nashville and the airport. The apt was very clean and home away from home.

Great place

This home was so perfect for my daughter and I while I was on a travel assignment. The home comes with everything you need and more and the hosts are more than kind and gracious. Would highly recommend this place for future travelers.

We stayed at this property for 6 months and it had everything we needed. The landlord was so quick to respond if we needed things and the property was so nice and quiet. We loved seeing the wildlife on the property too. Would definitely stay again.

The Best!

This space was the best location I could have stayed in during my time in Nashville. The area is quiet, safe, and was able to see a few deer in the mornings. Not too far from Vanderbilt Hospital and restaurants in the Nashville area. The hosts are kind, available, and tentative. I never had any issues during my stay.
