Good location, safe neighborhood
I stayed with Terry for 6 months and my stay was very pleasant. This home is close to the hwy which makes it easy to get anywhere. He keeps to himself mostly but is there if you have questions. It does get hot in the summer so it would be nice if there was some sort of air conditioning option but aside from that the stay was very pleasant, the couch and bed were comfy so that's always a plus

Great stay!
We had a great stay! Room, kitchen, and overall living space were spacious yet cozy. Hosts were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a space to stay in the area!

Comfortable Place to Stay
The property is comfortable, safe, and fully furnished with everything we needed. Bed is comfortable and rooms are spacious. The landlords are communicative, kind, and very easy to work with. We have enjoyed our stay and extended beyond our initial lease because we liked it so much. And bonus--the yard and garden are beautiful!

Great Location!
This is a nice little 1-bedroom apartment. I enjoyed my stay here and you can't beat the location! Very close to the Tacoma mall and downtown Tacoma. The owners are very easy to communicate with and addressed any concerns quickly and timely. You do hear some noise (footsteps) above the apartment, but it is nothing major or inconvenient. Overall, a great stay during my time in Tacoma! Thanks, Kathy and Terry!

Close Proximity to Everything
This review is long overdue, however, the property was very nice and exactly how is pictured in the pictures. It is perfect for 1 person traveling through the Tacoma area with great access to the major highways around. The owners were even great enough to place a screen door in so that we could have a breeze through the apartments which was great. They were consistent in asking if we had everything we needed along with offering more if needed. We were able to hear the owners from time to time. Overall, a great place to stay if working in Tacoma!

Tranquil as promised
This is a very comfortable little apartment. The kitchen is well-stocked, the living room is bright with a large sliding glass door and the bedroom, with it’s comfortable bed and quality linens, is easily darkened if you’re a day sleeper. There is a large flat screen TV and reliable WiFi in the living room. The owners are pleasant, respectful of privacy, and responsive to needs and requests. One or the other of them is at home most times. I would stay here again. Definitely !
