Easily Accessible DC Stay
This property was conveniently located by the Fort Totten train station, Walmart, McDonalds, and Chick-Fil-a. As a solo traveler, I felt safe in the neighborhood; mainly elderly and families. C, the landlord, was wonderful and went above and beyond to make the place feel comfortable. It was a great home away from home. The internet was easy to access. The home is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom and I never had a problem when it came to using the bathroom or laundry machines. There is a central air and heating which was necessary to conquer the DC summer heat!

Cozy Home Away From Home
This is a wonderful home away from home for traveling professionals. I stayed here for about 6 months during my time in DC. I am a travel nurse and this housing arrangement was probably one of the best experiences I've had. The owner of the home is very pleasant, and attentive. I never bring my car to the east coast and found getting around the city (including my commute to work) was fairly easy. There a bus stop about 2 min. walking distance from the home (took it to work), a metro station about 10 min walking distance from as well. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Rental Property Near Metro
I stayed here for a year in the Mediterranean Room and had a wonderful experience! The landlord was very responsive with any maintenance issues we had and was committed to making sure everyone in the home was comfortable. The neighborhood is pretty quiet with several families and elderly people living near by. I brought a car to the property and never had any trouble with street parking, The house is about a 10 min walk to the Fort Totten metro station where you can hop on the green, yellow and red lines. A great option if you're looking for a comfy & affordable stay in DC w/ metro access.
