I loved this place so much!! About 15 minutes away from Augusta Health and the Shenandoah skyline drive. The kitchen is stocked with supplies, Ms. Kathy even bought a crockpot so I didnt have to bring mine! Shes such a sweet human and very responsive especially if anything needed attention at the apartment. Both beds are comfy, the space is stylish and cozy, the neighborhood felt safe. Highly recommend! This was my first rental through furnished finders and my first home as a travel nurse. The apartment is perfect!!!!! Everything I needed was readily available. The owner is 100% hands on and reliable. She is a blessing from God to us Nurses. She goes above and beyond to make us feel at home. Even left groceries in the fridge to start us off on the right track. To date, this is still my favorite rental and owner.

When I moved into this apartment, I was new to travel nursing and had no idea where to begin. I contacted the owner, K and received a very prompt response! She answered all of my questions and made me feel very confident in my decision to rent from her! On my move in date, everything was in perfect working order and she had all of the essentials needed in the apartment! I have stayed here for a year due to continued extensions on my contract at Augusta Health. She kept the steps and sidewalks very well maintained during the snowy winter months! She even keeps salt stocked in the apartment if needed for the steps on an icy day and a snow shovel if needed. If I ever had a question for her during my stay, I always received a prompt response! K has been the absolute best to rent from and the apartment truly felt like home for the past year! If you are looking to rent in Waynesboro VA, I promise you that you will not be disappointed with your decision to rent from K!

Wonderful apartment! Perfect for travel nurses like myself. K was a very attentive, dependable, and accommodating landlord. The apartment had everything you could think of and more. Very spacious, clean, and a great location! 10/10 recommend staying here!

This apartment was perfect and everything I could have wanted. K is a true gem, and it really shows in the efforts she makes to keep her tenants and travel nurses comfortable. I am a travel nurse from Ohio, and stayed in unit #2, and it was more than just a place to stay and that is because K provided the total package. Thoughtfulness, privacy, attentiveness and the ability to know what travel nurses need, a place to come home to after 12-14 hrs a day, and cook a meal if we aren't too tired, and an environment conducive for rest and sleep. With the option to go explore. This place has it all, cookware, comfortable beds, blackout curtains(for us nightshift people), and lots of things to check out. This became my Home away from Home for 6 months, comfortable, warm, inviting, safe, and perfect for my husband and girls to come stay with me for a week or two at time. I am looking forward to another contract in Virginia in the future, and I will definitely be back.

This was the best find any travel nurse could hope for! Perfect for day or night shift, beautiful neighborhood, amazing landlord. Everything was kept in such tiptop shape, I was *this* close to extending just so I could stay in this place a little longer. S

I always looked forward to returning to my home away from home after work. This apartment is quiet, cozy and peaceful. During my stay, the water heater had to be replaced. The owners were very responsive and took care of the situation immediately. I highly recommend these apartments.

Had a nice stay at 'xxx's Place' on Locust in Waynesboro. It's nice, clean and comfortable with everything I needed for my stay. The apartment and neighborhood are, safe and quiet and have friendly neighbors who were never too busy to say hi or stop for a chat. It's located a short 5-10 minute walk from Ridgeview Park which has a big community pool, tennis courts, ball fields and walking trails. Lot's of hiking biking kayaking etc. nearby off Skyline drive and beyond. Plenty of breweries and Vineyards just 'over the mountain' a short drive and of course Charlottesville barely 30 minutes away. Don't forget Staunton too, a bit closer than C-ville, with a more entertainment and dining options than Waynesboro proper. xxx was exceptionally responsive if there was a question or problem and made me feel right at home.

This apartment has everything that you need and more. The kitchen wasn't lacking any basic necessities and there was plenty of storage. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood with shopping and activities within walking distance. If you enjoy hiking, trails are a hop and a skip away (Shenandoah National Park!). The commutes to both Augusta and UVA are very reasonable. Kathy is one of the most attentive, kind, and welcoming landlords I've ever met. It was wonderful staying here. I can't say enough good things about this property!

I wish all the placed I stayed were this nice. As a travel nurse, sometimes you don't always find the most ideal places to stay. Kathy's property had all the amenities you could want while giving off a nice homey vibe. She is one of the nicest landlords I have ever met, very approachable and quick to respond. If I ever work in the area again, I would definitely choose to stay here!

I stayed in apt 4 on the second floor, the apartment was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. The apartment is located in a very nice, peaceful, and friendly neighborhood. It's close to stores and restaurants, and has nearby parks and a close drive to the mountains. I worked at UVA and it's a 25 minute drive that is totally worth it! Kathy is a wonderful landlord that is just a phone call away and will provide anything you need. It snowed one day and she called someone to clean my steps off before I went to work which was so nice! I had zero issues my whole stay and when my contract was over I did not want to leave!

I was in apartment 4 on the second floor. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything thing I needed from day one. Kathy is absolutely wonderful and easy to relate to. When a problem arose she took care of it right away and keep me updated if any delays and also checked to make sure things were corrected. I was there in spring and early summer she even allowed me to hang a "magic screen" so I could enjoy the weather. She even provided a chair for the small porch. the neighborhood and neighbors are wonderful and helpful. The area has a great park just a few blocks away.

The own of this property is a very caring sweet person. Very responsive. The process from beginning to end was seamless and very easy. I stayed in unit 2 and had a very comfortable bed. Very clean. No need to be concerned about pests or rodants at all. Impressive furniture with no noticable damges or much wear and tear. Looks just like as pictured. No deception! Everything I could have ever needed but may have forgot from toilet paper, to aluminum foil, dish soap, and baking sheets and even dryer sheets was provided. I felt at home. Nice safe neighborhood. Worth the drive to Charlottlesvile.

Ms. Kathy made housing for my first travel assignment stress-free. She was accommodating, caring and helpful. Anytime there was an issue or concern, she answered and responded promptly to resolve any issue. She's the best landlord I've had. The neighborhood was safe with friendly neighbors. I definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Comfortably decorated with all the essentials needed. Designated parking with plenty of outdoor safety lighting. Kathy is super responsive if any needs arise and always looking for ways to make your stay the best possible experience.

Awesome apartment! Landlord was wonderful and so easy to work with! Very clean and equipped. Very nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable! Would definitely rent from again if ever in the area.

Kathy's place was perfect! I spent 3 months in this charming apartment and I couldn't be happier. It had everything that I could want and was decorated so nicely that it felt like home to me and not a rental. When I arrived, the place was neat and clean! Not only was the home great, but so was Kathy! She was so easy to work with and very timely on responding. She even hired someone to shovel the walk ways every time it snowed. She made sure the job was done before I had to leave in the morning and I leave early. With all of that said, I highly recommend staying here and I would return!

Kathy's apartment was great! My husband and I were in Virginia for a travel assignment and this apartment was perfect for us. The kitchen was fully stocked which was great for us since we cook a lot and bring lunch to work. There was also a washer and dryer which is a must for us because we were there for a long period of time. The apartment was nicely decorated, had two comfy bedrooms, and we felt right at home. Kathy was also an amazing landlord and made sure we were comfortable as all times. If we go back to Virginia for another assignment Kathy's place will be our first choice.
