Lack of Transparency

I was given 30 days' notice to move out and reached out to ask whether there was any flexibility, whether another room might become available, or whether there were any other options. During that conversation, I was told that the plans for the house were changing and that rooms would no longer be available to rent, so I accepted the situation and began looking for a new place to live. What was frustrating was later seeing the property being advertised for rent again less than a month later. While landlords have every right to make decisions about their property, the information I was given at the time did not align with what I later observed, which left me feeling misled. My concern is not that I was asked to move out, but that the communication surrounding the decision lacked transparency. If you are considering renting here, I would recommend asking detailed questions and getting important information in writing.

Wonderful Stay

Sandra was a very welcoming host. The home was very clean and well presented . The room was spacious, comfortable and relaxing. The home location is very close to supermarkets like Whole Foods and Stop & Shop. I felt very safe and secure at this property. Next time I am working in the area I will definitely plan on staying here again.

Your Home Away From Home

This property thats managed by Ms. Cosby is your home away from your home. This is a prime location. You can catch the bus around the corner to Ashmont or Ruggles station. This place is in a great location for walking to whatever your needs. Stop N Shop, the laundromat the Kingdom Hall and Franklin Park. The best thing is Sandra welcomes you with a basket of fresh towels, soap and clean safe environment. She and her family made me feel like I was family. She attends to every concern you may have. Home away from home

Loved staying here. Sandra was a wonderful host and always made sure I was good. The house is comfortable and clean. My car sat parked most of the time I was there as the bus stop was around the corner. I could get to the Longwood Medical area by 2 buses in 30 minutes or less. Definitely recommend this place, and I will be looking Sandra up next time I get to Boston!
