Great condo!

The location is a good balance between bustle and calm. Close to many important Albuquerque locations. All property owners and management are extremely friendly and respectful! Highly recommend.

Perfect apartment

This unit was one of my favorite stays so far. Great value, landlord is super easy to work with, convenient to Lovelace Women's, and as safe as can be in Albuquerque. It's a ground floor entrance but the apartment is second floor, and situated entirely above neighbor's garages so I didn't worry as much about the sound of us walking. Neighbors are great too!

Shannons condo unit is perfect! As 2 travel nurses here in Albuquerque for several months, this place has been perfect. Decorated excellent with everything you need for an extended stay. Tons of thoughtful touches, clean, and in a convenient and safe location! Shannon is a great host and very professional. Couldnt recommend this place and Shannon highly enough. It has been such a welcome home here in the land of enchantment!

Close to everything - great landlady - very safe and quiet

From from my first conversation with Shannon she has been nothing but helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the area and sent me many links to answer any questions we had. From cooking utensils to tools in the garage, everything we needed was here. We never had any issues with other tenants and you don’t hear anyone next to you either. We have our 20-month-old son on this trip with us, so safety is our #1 concern. We NEVER felt unsafe. There are plenty of restaurants in the Heights & nearby Uptown area. You're less than 15 minutes away from any part of Albuquerque.

The BEST landlord and a beautiful condo

My friend and I are travel nurses from KY and lucked out by finding not only a gorgeous condo, but also an incredible landlord who was very responsive to any problems we had and so thoughtful in helping us get acclimated to Albuquerque! The condo had everything we could possibly need for a 3 month stay and is walking distance to a brewery, restaurants, and an adorable coffee/sweet shop. Commuting to UNM was incredibly easy. I HIGHLY recommend renting from Shannon! We felt right at home and will definitely be contacting her if we ever return to ABQ. Thank you for everything Shannon!

Lovely Rental

As a travel nurse this property was perfect. Location is central to hospitals, restaurants, and has a great view of the Sandia Mountains. The property is newly renovated with all brand new appliances. It comes supplied with everything you need from utensils to bath and bedding linens. It has a cozy fireplace perfect for the cold nights here. The decor makes you feel right at home in New Mexico. The landlord is extremely thoughtful and even supplied us with a welcome package of wine and local chips and salsa. She is flexible and easy going. Great place to stay!
