Clean and Cozy

I had a great stay here. The place went very clean, cozy, and well maintained. Mihaela was friendly and responsive, which made everything easy. The neighborhood is safe and convenient as well. I would definitely recommend it.

Loved it!

Mihaela was an amazing host! I stayed here for the duration of my summer internship and it was in a great spot for accessing transit around the LA area. The amenities were super convenient and the room was nice and cozy, and super quiet. I'd absolutely stay again!

Great Stay!!

This place was the perfect spot for myself and my two pups! Ms. M was a wonderful host. She was very responsive to any questions I had. The neighborhood was quiet and I always felt safe walking my dogs at any time. This studio has everything you could need. I would stay here again if ever back in the area!

A wonderful stay

This was an amazing stay for me. The space is unique, but I very quickly became super comfortable. For one person it is a perfect size. Me and my cat were very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and very close to the freeway which made getting to hollywood (for work) a breeze. I had to leave early due to emergency circumstances and my host was very understanding and hospitable. She also has a very beautiful property with tons of fruit and flowering trees and shrubs and made the space feel very rich and relaxing. Would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable Studio

This studio was very comfortable. It had everything I needed plus two washers and dryers on location. Parking was a little tight, but there was always a spot on the street. I felt safe and Ms. M was available if I needed anything. Would recommend and would rebook again!

Just right for 1

Ms. D is very sweet. The place very clean, safe, and quiet. All the neighbors were friendly. There are 2 sets of washers and dryers to use. I worked nights and had no problems sleeping during the day.

Simply Perfect

This was a perfect stay. The studio has new appliances and a clean, modern decor. All tucked away on a quiet street with a beautiful rose garden. Look forward to returning in the future -

Lovely, Safe Home

I enjoyed staying here! Ms. M is very sweet! Anytime I needed anything or something needing fix she had it taken care of right away. The environment in/outside of the home was always peaceful! She does very well with keeping the property up from the yard etc. It was my first time visiting California for my a assignment. I am so thankful to have found this gem within 15 minutes away from my assignment.

This is truly a home away from home and you could not ask for a better landlord. I hated leaving and hope she will visit me if she ever comes to Florida. You will love the time you spend here!

Ms. M is a sweet lady, she's quick to respond and makes herself available. I only stayed for a month, had my contract extended I would have stayed longer. You have private everything, street parking is no problem. The place is clean and nice. I worked nights and during the day it was pretty quiet. If you'll be working night you'll need some blackout curtains to block out the sunlight. The only thing I would suggest if Ms. M would cut away the trees leading to the washer and dryer. Other than that, the place is close to the highway, it's close to the hospital I worked, close to the gym I attending and grocery stores are nearby. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing stay and location!

This place was absolutely perfect. I was working at LA medical center and this studio is a couple blocks from the freeway entrance and an easy 15 min drive with barely any traffic. Its close to everything you need but also a safe neighborhood to be in. This place has everything you need; quiet neighborhood, own washer/dryer, and kitchen. I love hiking so it was close to all the canyon parks which I loved! The host is so nice and willing to help out in any way. She always reminded me of the street cleaner and even gave me fruit from her trees. She was welcoming of my dog as well. She treats you like family. If I ever work in LA again, I would hope I could stay here again!

Awesome stay!!

This is the perfect place to rent if coming to San Fernando Valley!! Place had everything you need to feel at home. Central to shopping, eateries, entertainment!! The 170 freeway is 2 blocks away, so easy access to freeway and wherever you need to go!!! Close enough to Burbank to be close to airport iif jetting out of town. M is super sweet and easy to reach if you ever have a question, or need something. Truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!!!

Comfortable and well furnished

First of all, Mihaela is a welcoming host and very responsive. The unit is clean, quiet and comfortable. Mihaela has a gorgeous yard and shared fruit from the trees with me. I consider her a friend and wouldn't hesitate to return to her studio.

Amazing hospitality! Great place

This property was so cute and a perfect place for travelers or really anyone! Great location, easy navigation to close hospitals. I worked at Cedars Sinai in Bevery Hills and my commute was super simple! Loved this place and would stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

The best experience

I would rate my experience with Mrs. Mihaela a 10/10! I was supposed to stay at this beautiful studio but had to cancel my contract due to a family emergency. Mrs. Mihaela was very kind, understanding, and refunded my deposit. I definitely plan on staying at this studio whenever I am able to travel.

The BEST DECISION EVER!!!

Ms. Mihaela is the absolute best!!! This property had EVERYTHING I could ever ask for! Not only was it clean, but I felt safe and right at home. This is a central location to pretty much everything and the traffic I encountered was very minimal. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would renew here in a heartbeat!!! She truly treats you like family, but gives you your space as well. Parking was simple and easy and I miss living here all the time. If I were you, I would snatch this space up ASAP!!! ITS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Did I mention that you get your own washer and dryer?!!! In Love!!!

The perfect home away from home

This studio was beyond what I had expected in all the best ways. I was very nervous coming from the opposite side of the country without having seen the place in person. I feel that I lucked out in so many ways! I have absolutely NOTHING to say negatively about this wonderful home. 1 Value: for what I was paying and relative to other places in the area this was definitely the best price for the best place 2 location: very close to CHLA and other hospitals 3 home feel: Mihaela was my mom away from home but also gave me so much privacy If you don’t stay here you are absolutely mising out!

Spectacular Listing

This spectacular listing was my home away from home for many months. The clean, sleek and practical design of the studio provided the ideal living situation for myself, my husband and our dog. Many accomodations were provided and any additional items that were requested were immediately addressed. The garden is beautiful and tranquil. I felt incredibly safe/ appreciated the close proximity to many restaurants/stores. This studio has EVERYTHING you need including THE BEST LANDLADY IN THE WORLD. I'm leaving LA w/memories of her & her family which are now considered my family.Thanks I'll be back.
