The space is very large and most travelers love it, I have never heard a complaint. I always try to improve the unit and living areas by asking the travelers what could I do to make it more comfortable for them. they always seem to be happy with the way things are.
the location is perfect to the facilities to downtown area for shopping and recreation.

It was PERFECT!!!!
I was on a 3-month travel nurse contract. Susan was a Great host to me. We actually spoke on the phone before I arrived so I could get all details I needed. She provided a very warm welcome into her home and was respectful of my space. You have full access to her home & amenities. She's a busy woman who enjoys her life and I appreciated that. She doesn't make you feel like you're in her way. I would definitely stay at her home if I'm ever in Rutland again. Great location to stores, restaurants, laundromat if you like to get several loads of clothes done simultaneously, which I chose to do because I worked nights and I get my rest during the day. I walked to 2 blocks to the laundromat. I had my Comforter, Sheets, pillows shipped to her house 2 weeks before I flew to Rutland from Dallas. Susan received my shipments and there were no problems....actually left the bedding, pillows for the next traveler. I enjoyed my stay!!!!

Great place!
Susan is great, friendly, provides everything you need except sheets and pillows. House is kept clean at all times. Stayed for several contracts.

Great home in great town
I had a great stay with S. She really made me feel at home and welcome. I would definitely stay again if I came back to the area!

I moved into the place on 11/2/22. The place was very nice however it does not come with sheets or pillows and I was not made aware of that prior to moving in. I informed the owner I work a lot and would not be home much. She showed me where everything was the next day and seemed very nice. I used the crockpot to cook one day and while I was driving home from NY she repeatedly text me about the crockpot and finally said Well Im unplugging it because I dont know what you are doing. When I arrived home I explained that the food takes 24hrs to cook and she said I dont like things being plugged in when you are not home S went into my room repeatedly when I was not home unplugging my things. She informed me she would not be turning on the heat for a while and put a heater in my room. The heater had a night light which I would turn on on my lunch break so that my room would not be pitch black when I came home at night the light was very dim so I didnt think it would be a problem
