Safe, Clean Unit with Amazing Hosts!

I stayed at a unit in this house for a month and I had a wonderful experience. The unit had everything that I needed to enjoy my stay + more! J and his wife were amazing landlords and very responsive to texts and calls. I highly recommend this as a place to stay, especially if you are working at Wake Forest Baptist as it is a 3 minute drive away. My apartment was very clean, modern, and safe and I enjoyed my stay here a lot. I cannot recommend this place enough they are such kind people! Thank y'all for everything!

Amazing location; friendly host!

This property is in the Ardmore District, which is an amazing location, especially if you're at Wake Forest Baptist. It's a 1 mile walk to the Cancer Center entrance, and less than 5 minute drive to the Cloverdale Lot across the street. The area is quiet, safe (plenty of people running, walking w/ their kids, etc. at all times of the day), and within close vicinity of groceries, restaurants, and parks. The place itself is in a house split between 3 units (1 upstairs, 2 downstairs), but I had no issues with noise from neighbors. The unit is well-equipped: well stocked kitchen (specifically appreciate the large sink and cutting board), fast & reliable Wi-Fi, laundry & dryer in basement (shared, but I never had issues), etc.. Jerome was very friendly and quick to respond in the few times I needed to contact him. I would definitely stay here again if I worked in Winston-Salem again.

Amazing stay

The accommodations were safe, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The unit is very close to Atrium/ Baptist wake forest hospital. There were all the needed amenities such as pillows, towels and cooking utensils. The space is tastefully decorated and cozy. J was always available to answer any questions I might have. Would recommend.

Amazing stay

I stayed at this house for a year and I had a wonderful experience. I stayed in both of the first floor fully furnished apartments during my time here and both places were very nice and had just what you needed during your assignment here. J and A were such wonderful landlords. They were just a text or call away if you needed anything at all. Such kind and genuine people. I highly recommend this as a place to stay for your assignment. The apartments were very clean and decorated well. You should have pretty much everything you need for your stay. The house is about a 4 minute drive to Wake Forest or about a 10-15 minute walk. I also know Novant is not very far either maybe a 10 minute drive. Downtown Winston is very cute and has some things to do. You are about an 1hr and 20min from Charlotte and 1hr and 45ish from Raleigh which I found to be convenient for me. I cannot recommend this place enough they are such kind people! Thank y'all for everything!

Wonderful Stay

This was an amazing stay. J and his wife were very attentive to any questions and kept me informed for anything that was going on in the area that I needed to be aware of. They also kept checks on the home to ensure all things were functioning well and kept things up to date. If I were still working in the Winston-Salem, I would definitely stay there again.

The perfect landlords and house

This is truly the perfect house ran by perfect landlords, I had the pleasure of staying here during my recent contract and enjoyed every moment of it. This property is located in an extremely safe and quiet neighborhood which was important for me being that I am young single female. Throughout my entire stay, J was available to answer any questions I may have had and was available to fix any issues. J is very professional and truly cares for his tenants just as much as he cares for his beautiful home, the property was very clean, beautifully decorated and has every household necessity youd need available for use. I would recommend this property a million times over to travel nurses/anyone and would stay here again should I ever travel for work to the area again. Thanks again J and A for being so great and sharing your beautiful home with me!

Great location

This was the perfect size and location for a person traveling in Winston-Salem! My contract was at FMC, it was very close to work and 5-10 minutes to every place I went to including downtown. Owners are very responsive and had everything ready for me when I arrived. Very clean, nicely decorated, and everything I needed in the kitchen was available. I would definitely stay here the next time Im working in town!!

Cute and cozy!

This property is perfect for a single person. It has all of the creature comforts of home to include an updated kitchen with nice appliances and an incredibly cozy bed! There is a washer/dryer on-site, which is conveniently located in the basement and is shared with the other tenants. This property is in close proximity to everything! Further, Jerome is an outstanding landlord! He is quick to respond to questions and checks in periodically to make sure everything is on par. I highly recommend Jerome and this property to anyone!!

The perfect house to stay in!

I absolutely LOVED staying here. Perfect neighborhood and very safe. The house is absolutely adorable and has everything you need. Jerome takes wonderful care of his tenants. As a young female who came here alone he made sure I felt safe, taken care of, and answered all my questions and even gave recommendations of restaurants/ things to do around the area. The house is so close to downtown, hospitals, and everything you could possibly need! Seriously I would recommend this place to everyone, you wont regret staying here!

Amazing Home!!

This home was absolutely perfect! I felt so comfortable and safe staying here, especially for my first assignment. Jerome and Antoinette are lovely, and take such great care of their property and tenants! The house was extremely clean and had everything Id ever need for an assignment. If I ever return here, they will be the first people I call!

Beautiful and cozy apartment!

Im a nurse contracted a travel assignment in Winston-Salem. I had a great stay at Jerome and Antoinetes apartment for 3 months. They made arrangement when I had to move from 1st door apartment to the next (due to prior booking). They made the transition very smooth and also helped move all my belongings while I was at work. They checked on me every now and then to make sure everything is well with my stay. They are the best host and very hospitable. They made my stay in Winston-Salem remarkable. It is hard to leave this city and this apartment. I highly recommend it!
