Great place to stay!

This was a perfect place to stay for my travel PT contract at LVMC! Very safe neighborhood, super close drive to work, quiet house, and lots of space/privacy. Also nice to meet other travelers renting the other rooms. J is wonderful to talk to and has so many good recommendations for things to do. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a contract in the area!

J is so welcoming and kind. I truly felt so at home here from my very first day. The space is beautiful and has everything you need. Very safe neighborhood, quiet, close to the town proper. Absolutely 0 complaints. Would absolutely stay again! Highly recommended. Miss you J (and L)!

Great Place!

Landed here on a travel nursing assignment and ended up staying for 6 months! J and her family were very accommodating and easy to talk to. The house is quiet and spacious. 10/10 would recommend :-)

JoAnn is the BEST

JA is the most accommodating host, and was very welcoming. She invited me to go with her to bars/restaurants in the area and we had backyard bonfires and dinners. The other tenants were awesome and made the experience so much better. Her dog is the sweetest, and overall this was such an awesome California experience. JA had several recs for things to do in the area, and truly wanted us all to enjoy our time with her. Super close to the hospital and grocery stores. The neighborhood was great for running and super close to a park that has hiking/walking trails. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Lived here during a travel nurse assignment. Great experience! Nice property, beautiful patio with a view. I felt safe and welcome my entire stay. J has done a lot to her home to insure her renters have privacy and safety. Pleasant, upbeat atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for professional travel housing.

home away from home

Was a super comfortable place to live while away on contract at Lompoc. Quick drive to work. Was super peaceful and great people to live with. View was an added bonus. Great amenities.

Nice Neighborhood!

Nice spacious house with a hospital host! A few living areas to relax in, a cool backyard, and nice bedrooms. The neighborhood is safe, it's fun to walk the nearby roads or the dirt trail. Also, the house gets nice natural lighting and there is a good view of sunset You do share a bathroom with one other person but I did not have any issues. Also a bonus if you are a pianist.

Great, comfortable home

This is a gem of a home. Anyone staying in Lompoc totally has to stay here. The home itself is cozy and comfortable. The housemates and landlord are genuine, kind people. It is truly its own little family living here. I am not good with being away from my comfort zone in general, but this place made it so easy for me and allowed me to thrive during my clinical rotation. Lompoc Hospital locations are 1-2 miles away, as well as several upscale restaurants, fast food places, and grocery stores. 10/10 recommend this place!!!!!

Beautiful Place, Lovely Home

First time using the site. I didnt know how much of it I could trust, but decided to give it a shot. Conclusion: loved it. The place is amazing. Very clean! Washer and dryer included. Backyard is stunning. Host is very friendly. What else to say? I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Room/home was comfortable and cozy. House is spacious; many places other than your room to unwind after work such as the backyard, living, and loft. Joann is an amazing and warm host as well!
