Quiet and Peaceful

This is a cozy little spot in a quiet neighborhood. The house backs up to a large walking area, which is such a nice feature. The basement apartment is quiet, has lots of room for storage, and is very comfortable. The landlord is so helpful and kind. Would recommend to anyone!

Home Away from Home!

Absolutely amazing property with an even more amazing landlord! Such a spacious, peaceful space to call home for the few months of living here! My favorite parts of the property were the electric fireplace/heater, fully stocked kitchen, and views of the open space right off of the backyard. There's also tons of storage and closet space in the apartment! Would highly recommend this place for anyone needing housing in Thornton!

Absolutely amazing

This is a wonderful place to stay. Everything is fully functional, the appliances are great and it really feels like your own personal space. Also the landlord is always there if you need something. If youre going to be taking an assignment anywhere in this area, then you cannot go wrong with this place :).

Very nice apartment

I've been on the road for a little over 2 years now and this was by far my best housing experience. Great landlord, great neighbors, and a nice quiet location. Anything you need is nearby as well from grocery stores to entertainment. Close enough to two interstates as well so you don't have to worry about traffic on city streets to get places. I'd highly recommend this apartment to anyone headed to the area.

The apt is extremely nice; the owner is a wonderful landlord! Any questions, concerns, issues, maintenance items, are all dealt with immediately. Location is great, neighbors are awesome! I highly recommend this apt.
