North Tacoma View Unit 1

Beautiful large view

I stayed in Linda's lower unit, and I absolutely loved my experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome, comfortable, and safe. The views from the property are absolutely beautiful and made my stay even more enjoyable. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. I especially appreciated having a full oven, as I enjoy baking, and having my own washer and dryer was incredibly convenientespecially while working night shifts. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly recommend Linda's place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

Very spacious with amazing views

L's place is in Yakima Hill, super safe and has beautiful views of Commencement Bay. This is a very large 1 bedroom located on the first floor. I loved having my dog Olive come stay with me when I was working as a travel nurse in Tacoma. The backyard area was great for sipping coffee and admiring the views of the bay! The unit is the ground level to a three story house. Parking is available on the street and the location was minutes away from work. The living room and bedroom are divided between the hallway (kitchen area) and it felt very spacious for me and my Olive. The bathroom is a little small but it didn't matter because the unit is large and I can't say enough about the views! Linda was very nice and accommodating when my boyfriend came to visit me for a month. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Amazing Views of the Sound!

Amazing, restful views! Great Location in relation to hospitals. Very walkable area, local restaurants and shopping with in minutes. Quick access to I-5 and 45 mins to SEA TAC airport. Elementary schools close by but I didn't have many issues with noise and I work both day and night shifts. Wonderful landlord, very accommodating and quick to address any issues.
