Clean, cozy and safe

This is a great place to stay in a quaint neighborhood. You have the top floor to yourself with plenty of space for storage and other amenities like a smart TV, mini fridge and microwave. Also access to a kitchen and downstairs area. Pam is a very sweet landlord and extremely accommodating. Always checking in to make sure things are okay and knowledgeable about the area.

Great choice for Tacoma

A cozy, safe neighborhood in a beautiful and quaint location. There is plenty of privacy with the whole top floor to yourself. Pam is a wonderful host. Nothing but positivity. You can't go wrong with this place .

Great Tacoma Property

This property is located in a great part of Tacoma and a less than 10 minute drive to Point Defiance. I stayed with Pam for 3.5 months during one of my travel physical therapy contracts and she was welcoming, friendly, generous, and very accommodating. P did a great job at giving me my space and respecting my privacy while in her home along with keeping Calvin (her dog) blocked off when I. was downstairs. There is lots of storage upstairs compared to other properties I've stayed at. The upstairs hallway also has storage to keep snacks and food if items do not fit in the downstairs fridge. P is a great baker and always offered her treats to me which was a great perk! Overall, this was a great experience and highly recommend for other traveling nurses/physical therapists that may be traveling light.

great place

Great little place and centrally located. P and C are great house mates. I had my own area upstairs with private bath. Cute little house, super clean and quiet. P and I shared the kitchen. This is a great neighborhood for walks and runs. Proctor street is a few blocks away for a quick bite. P is very knowledgeable about camping and hikes on the west coast, so dont forget to ask. If your a baseball fan, this is your place!! Your super close to the minor league Chaney stadium

A Great Tacoma Destination

This is a great place to stay if you are in town for a healthcare assignment. It is a short drive to both Tacoma General and St. Joseph's. There is shopping and groceries near by and this is a great feature if you are working long hours and just need to grab something quickly on your way home. The upstairs is comfortable and there is space for storage, plenty of closet and dresser space and a desk if you need to study after hours. I enjoyed my stay here and if I am in the Tacoma area again I will look and see if this rental space is available. The host is friendly and considerate and has every detail to provide a comfortable stay taken care of.

Comfortable and great location!

This was my home away from home for the last 3+ months and it was great! This home is very clean and the space is well furnished with a comfortable bed, dressers, nightstands, TV and a bookcase for your things. The private bathroom is across from the bedroom and well stocked with towels and washcloths. There is also a small area with microwave, coffee maker, cups, a small refrigerator and other things you may need. (You are also given space in the refrigerator and freezer in the kitchen if you would like.) The owner is friendly and so accommodating and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet with on street parking right in front of the house. The location of this home is excellent, it is a nice walk to the Proctor shopping district, and a quick drive to Point Defiance and Ruston. This was a great place to stay!

I rented the large upstairs room with a nice view from the window. This is a very, very nice and clean home, and the neighborhood is safe. I parked my car on a street without any problems. Its also a great location close to stores and the post office. The homeowner is extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. I truly felt very comfortable, welcomed, and almost like I was on vacation. This is truly a great place to rent, and I highly recommend choosing this furnished place to stay over any others out there! I feel very lucky to have found this great room in a cozy home in the Proctor District.
