Summer intern, new to SF, and LOVED this apartment

I stayed here when I moved across the country for a summer internship. I was entirely new to area, and Terri and Pete could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The apartment itself was in great shape, with a kitchen that was fully stocked with any appliances and dishware that I needed. The rest of the living space was similar: sheets, hangers, vacuum, etc. The location is fantastic: two blocks from the MUNI stop, a short walk from Dolores park, a corner store across the street, Safeway and Whole Foods a 15-minute walk away, and the heart of the Castro just around the block. Beyond that, Terri and Pete are incredible people. I was very nervous to move somewhere where I knew almost nobody, but Terri is incredibly kind. Beyond the well-kept apartment and quick maintenance, she recommended me places to buy groceries and reassured me during a flood warning. She truly cares about her tenants as much as she cares about her property. I wish that every landlord was like her!

Extended 3x because we enjoyed our time so much

My husband & I are travel PTs, we wanted to maximize our time in SF by choosing a central location to really live the city life. We feel like we really lucked out! MANAGEMENT: the property owner is incredibly professional, kind, and helpful! We were very comfortable signing a lease agreement because the process was thorough. Any time we had questions/concerns throughout our 10 months, they were addressed instantly. But we also felt like we had a very private space & did not have to think about the fact we were sharing the property with others. LOCATION/TRANSPORT: I dont think you could dream up a more perfect location for a temporary stay to experience SF. The street is quiet and cozy, and yet theres an adorable French restaurant tucked directly across the street, a convenient corner market a few houses down, & did I mention a cute cable car runs right in front of the house? Walk a couple of minutes & youre at one of the best/most central MUNI stations in the city, & surrounded by the iconic Castro scene with restaurants, coffee shops, and good vibes! It amazed us how fun and vibrant the Castro intersection was, while our home a minute away was so cozy and private. This street also happens to be one of the major bike routes in the city, we were able to use it to explore all over and felt totally safe doing it! We also got a gym membership just around the corner which was incredibly convenient for daily life. In the opposite direction of Castro you can walk to the mission for even more food. Not to mention parks like Duboce & Mission Dolores. I could go on about this area! Since we are home health therapists we both needed our cars, we were comfortable parking one car in the driveway & the other in the street, we just had to work around some restrictions like the street cleaning schedule. INSIDE: my husband & I were very comfortable here, the big closet makes a big difference. The kitchen is compact but we were still able to comfortably put our huge air fryer on the counter with room to spare for cooking. It can get a little chilly but we were never once uncomfortable at night when we went to bed and snuggled up. Its the best of all worlds & I would recommend this spot to any of my friends!

Cozy Castro Apartment

As a travel nurse this apartment offered everything that I needed to be move in ready. It is a short walk to Mission Dolores Park. Walking distance to many restaurants and Castro Street. landlord was very nice and helpful if I needed anything. If you're looking to stay in San Francisco this apartment is a great location for someone to explore the city, very central and easy access to transportation.

Simply the best!

This apartment was perfect! Quiet, clean, private, and in the BEST location in San Francisco. Fast walk to Dolores Park and Muni. Accessibility was the biggest draw, and the property owner was very accommodating/friendly. I would recommend a stay here for anyone wanting to experience the heart of San Francisco!

WONDERFUL place. WONDERFUL location.

My wife and I stayed in this apt for several months and LOVED it. The location is so incredibly central. You can walk to everything and the neighborhood is full of so many great things to explore. Txxx, the landlord, was incredibly thoughtful and responsive to our needs. The unit is well appointed and very comfy for 1 or 2 people. The kitchen has everything you need with plenty of pantry storage and room for you personal bits. The closet is huge and worked really well for us! We couldn't be happier with the time we spent there.

Great home away from home

My stay in this cute apt. while working in SF was great. The location was fantastic for navigating the city, for both work and "touristing". Well-stocked kitchen for the occasional in-home meal (too many restaurants to enjoy within easy walking distance!), comfortable bed/bedroom and a decently sized closet. As advertised, the living room was small, but totally adequate for my needs. The w/d were conveniently located in the breezeway outside the door with no issues with conflicting laundry schedules with the other occupants of the house. Terri was very friendly and easy to communicate with.
