Great location for travelers

This is a great apartment for any traveling professional. Its in a quiet neighborhood, but is still close to lots of fun Seattle activities such as visiting Cap Hill or jogging alongside Lake Washington. Everything in the apartment is in great condition and its clean. Very close to both Swedish campuses. Theres also lots of beautiful flowers and vegetation around the home to enjoy year round. Definitely a more affordable option as far as Seattle rent goes.

Great place

Great mother in law suite. Very spacious with a lot of natural light. The house is in a cute, quiet neighborhood with Great Lake Washington views. Unit came with everything that was needed, sheets, towels, kitchen tools, etc. very convenient having in unit washer/dryer. Accommodating and friendly landlord. I thuroughly enjoyed living in this space and would definitely recommend!

Cute, but noisy

Cute space and GREAT bathroom. Unfortunately, you can hear the land lady from the moment she walks up the porch stairs, across the deck and anywhere in the first floor of her home. When she is in the kitchen, I felt I was sitting right there with you. I don't think there is any insolation between the floors. Also, the dryer works ... only HIGH heat or no heat. When I mentioned it to her she said she was sorry she didn't tell me you had to take things out of the dryer while still damp because of that. (this was after I had several tops shrink, even when set on delicate and low temp cycle).
