Darling apartment!

I stayed in this darling apartment for 9 months, while working at KUMC. It was truly a wonderful experience, it definitely become my home away from home. The property manager is so amazing to work with, she goes above and beyond. Its obviously on a very busy street, but with a fan & white noise, Ive never slept better, the bed is amazing! I 100% recommend!

Pleasant Stay

I travel with my three small pups so it was nice to find a place with a fenced yard for them to run and play. The home was was so cute and comfortable. The LL goes above and beyond keeping any and everything you could think of for the kitchen and bathroom. I had no issues at all and enjoyed my stay there. They do have a noise machine now and that helps since the property is on a busy road. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

Cute little 2nd floor apt

This is a cute little apt close to KUMC (2 miles). The host does a great job thinking about all the things you might need: blackout curtains, sound machine, light dimmer, coffee machine, etc. My dogs really loved the fenced in back yard! Any maintenance issues were addressed same day. Id recommend this property and host to anyone looking to take a contract in KC.

Cozy mid town apt

Enjoyed living in this cozy mid town Apt ,easy access the apt it self is very clean and cozy .The owners are wonderful and on top of your request if anything needs to be taken care of ..I would totaly recommend living here
