Dawn is a great host!

Dawn easy to get along with and eager to make your stay comfortable. Her place is clean and spacious. I came to Seattle from Baltimore with one carry on and one large suite case. Dawn provided all the essentials. I did not have a car here in Seattle but if you do the location has free street parking. Not every neighborhood in Seattle has decent street parking. The bus stops are really convenient to any of the hospitals downtown. It's even a great location to commute to the University of Washington's hospital. Also, there are grocery stores within walking distance. Can't say enough good things

Beautiful condo in a great neighborhood!

I originally planned to stay at Dawns place for 3 months and ended up living here for about 7 months doing back to back hospital contracts as a travel nurse and needless to say I loved it! The location is hard to beat and is easily walkable to great restaurants and public transportation. I worked nights and liked that the neighborhood was quiet yet still accessible to all Seattle has to offer. Dawn was a great host and was very welcoming. The space was clean and spacious. I really liked having a private bathroom and access to a washer/dryer (both very convenient). Overall, I highly recommend!

Great Place

I stayed here for about 4 months. It was a really great experience. The owner is very easy-going and welcoming. It is a great space, very open and sunny. It inculded the use of the kitchen and use of washer/dryer ect. The neighboorhood is easily walkable: there are resturants and the grocery store is less than a 5 min walk away. I would sometimes walk to work if the weather was good. Its an easy walk or bus ride to several hospitals in the area. The bus line is on the corner and parking is easy as well. The neighboorhood is quiet. I had great stay and would highly reccomend!

Wonderful Stay

I stayed here for roughly two months. It was a really great experience. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. We had many great conversations. The room had plenty of closet space. There is a private bathroom which was really convenient. Included use of kitchen and washer/dryer, dining room etc. It was overall a very nice place to stay at. The neighborhood is very walk-able and lovely with many restaurants and shops and also a grocery store just up the street. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend.
