Very nice and clean place to stay. The owners we're so nice and helpful, could not ask for a better place to stay for my travel assignment. Bonus is that it's located right next to Rex UNC so you can walk to work.

UNC Rex

I had such a wonderful stay here in Raleigh!! J and B were so kind and such great hosts! They made my furnished finder process so smooth! The condo was clean and in the perfect location if you are working at UNC REX. Literally walking distance or for evening/night travelers just a short 3 min drive to the staff parking lot. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt very safe. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I would definitely recommend this place for future travelers!

Wonderful Condo!

I moved into this 2 bedrm Condo in October after a disastrous and unsatisfactory 3 months stay at Stonehenge Apts. I absolutely LOVE this place! As a medical professional doing an assignment at Rex Hospital the location cannot be better! This place is spacious, clean, and well stocked. Just move in with your toothbrush. My landlords J and B are gracious and are readily available for any issues, but there are no issues! If I ever leave I would hope to be able to rent this lovely place again and again!

Great location and excellent property owner

As a traveling nurse this property has been ideal. Fully furnished with all the necessities in a quiet community. There's plenty of parking at all times and the neighbors have all been nice. The location is excellent for commuting to any Duke hospital campus and even better if you're at UNC Rex which is next door. The owners Jim and Beth are readily available at all times and live just a few minutes away. They're friendly and can be flexible with lease terms so don't hesitate to ask! If you're looking to stay and work in the area I highly suggest renting here.
