Fantastic landlord

Pamela and Ron are the best of the best. You couldnt ask for better landlords the furnished apartment I rent is immaculate. I havent had an opportunity to use any of the amenities yet but they have a swimming pool, weight room, they care about the little things and the big things that might need to be fixed or replaced. The place is very clean and kept up very well. Its very safe here and extremely quiet Troy.

We stayed at P's for several months and it felt like we were at home. P and R are very friendly and attentive, they always helped us very well predisposed. I recommend 100 percent to rent with them. They are very good people and the houses are beautiful and clean

Great home away from home

This place was everything, Being a medical traveler for a living, sometimes you are disappointed trying to find a place so far from home. This place however was everything it claims and more. It was clean, had everything you could ask for. Kitchen utensils, towels, cleaning supplies etc. Lots of little touches that are often overlooked. The customer service is also amazing, they are always quick to respond and happy to make sure you have everything you need. The apartment itself is very open, quality furniture, and the Wifi is great. The grounds are well kept, and you feel safe in the area. Its centrally located as well, close to the hospital. Easy access to I-5, quick drive to explore great hiking and shopping in near by Jacksonville and Ashland. I've really enjoyed our stay here over all the other places we have stayed at this company has been so great to work with!
