One of the Best FFs!

This review is long overdue for Tina... I have been traveling 5 years now, and this is still one of the very BEST properties I have ever stayed in! I feel so fortunate to have stayed about 6 months, in both the studio and then the guesthouse. Tina and family were so welcoming, and the designated parking spot was such a blessing. Daily commute to Orange was less than 20 mins. It's a really nice neighborhood and they have lots of security measures on the property. Felt very safe here. The studio is completely detached from the home, and the entire property is quiet. It was about a half hour drive to the beaches on days off. Grocery stores and restaurants were just 5 mins down the street. Also appreciated the laundry access right outside the studio door. Had some great conversations with Tina. Thank you again!

Great Unit

I stayed here for three months and really enjoyed my time! I felt super safe with the gated entry and the quiet neighborhood. The unit was very clean, had all the essentials, and made for a really nice, peaceful stay. I definitely recommend it if youre looking for a quiet spot. Thanks for everything!

Great place

I really enjoyed my stay here, Tina was so nice and attentive to all my needs. Tina's place is in a beautiful safe area, the unit is clean, decorated nice and has clean sheets and towels. It's a quiet area, the washer and dryer is just next to the unit. I highly recommend this unit for travel nurses :)

A Spectacular Stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable place. It exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot on the property, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. Tina makes you feel right at home. The stunning location, clean, spotless, and tastefully decorated room, comfortable bedding, and well-appointed amenities are among the highlights of this place. T is super friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure guest's comfort. She is always available and very fast to respond. In conclusion, my stay was an absolute delight. I will recommend this place to anyone, and I can't wait to return and experience it again.

Serenity

Great location close to multiple hospitals, beautiful garden, relaxing porch, this was a wonderful place to stay. D made sure I had everything and anything I needed during my stay. She provided great recommendations of must sees in the area. I made a friend for life with D and her adorable fur balls. Would differently recommend. Thank you for everything! P

nice, safe, & quiet guest house

one of the biggest things to worry about as a healthcare traveler (esp. if you work nightshift!) is "will I be able to sleep well during the day?". My 9 month assignment (nightshift) & staying at the property owners' Guest House was the best so far as far as safety, cleanliness, furnishings, and QUIETness during daytime! I couldnt have asked for a better place, esp for the price and location. the Guest House isn't attached to the big house (where owners live), it is separated by a walkway. The owners were available anytime I needed anything. Very kind people. Would stay here again:)

Great Stay!!

Loved my stay here!! Extremely clean and comfortable apartment. I came here for work with really only my clothes and it was so nice to have dishes, an iron, and cleaning supplies already in the apartment. Not knowing the area before moving here this apartment felt so safe. It's on a gated property owned by a really nice family. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay here again!
