Look No More

I stayed at this property with 2 other people. The property is located in a community, parking space is offered. Its worth the money in my opinion, close to hospitals and stores. Spacious living room with a smaller TV, great furniture, clean. Very spacious kitchen with plenty of plates, bowls, Tupperware, silverware. I did notice the fire alarm is very sensitive and went off as I was making toast a few timeswithout the toast burning. I stayed during the colder months and each room has a thermostat and they worked very well. Shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Just dont do laundry while youre showering. Plenty of storage room. The host is super nice, accommodating and responds quickly. Only complaint I had towards the end of my stay, and I didnt mention it to the host because it was so insignificant is that one of the beds was a bit squeaky. Overall great experience, neighbors are quiet and leave you alone.

Cozy charming condo

I took a travel assignment in Connecticut, initially i was staying in hotels and I did not like it one bit . I was homesick and was not enjoying it . One of my colleague recommended furnished finder, i was hesitant at first but then decided to give it a try. Best choice I have ever made ! E and her husband are amazing, so flexible, and responsive. The condo is splendid , neat, cozy and peaceful. I instantly felt home , neighborhood is nice and quiet, I work night shifts and I never had any trouble sleeping in the morning. E and her husband put lots of thoughts and effort when they were decorating the house it has everything, it is perfect. The checkout experience was stress free and easy. I will recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in CT.

A wonderful and beautiful place to stay

Travel nurse, having a safe place was a priority for me. 18+ hours from family and my home. J and E treated me like family, their home was well furnished and very clean. If I ever needed anything they were no more than a text or call away, very responsive and always respectful. I can not give enough praise. Excellent Location for Travel Nurses, Students and Medical Professionals

The property is located within minutes of St. Marys and Waterbury Hospital. Great option for medical professionals or anyone whos staying in Waterbury. The condo include many useful amenities such as a full equipped kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and laundry machine. The condo was very clean and organized, you just need to bring your clothes and personal belongings. Hosts are great people, they response right away and attend any situation.

Excellent Stay

Erica and John are wonderful! The unit is beautiful, modern and well-maintained. The parking is right in front of the apartment and the area is very safe. The apartments are really quiet. I felt really comfortable throughout my entire stay and highly recommend it for any healthcare professional looking for a short term lease!

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo on first floor, very easy to move into. Safe, spacious, and very cozy. For being in Waterbury, I felt very safe in this condo duplex. I would definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend.

great apartment!!

This apartment was perfect for me. Well equipped with everything I needed for my 3 month stay except a washer and dryer. Not located in the best area however I never felt unsafe and would frequently go on walks in the neighboring community. Down the highway about 10-15 minutes is any store you could possibly need to go to with several restaurants and food stores as well. Overall great stay! Would recommend
