A Great Stay!
My family stayed here for six months while I worked at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center. The commute is great, 15 minutes and no traffic both ways. The space is very comfortable and well equipped to long stays. There is an outdoor space with a table and fruit trees. The area is very safe, and the home his tucked into a corner of a dead end street on a steep hill. We love S, she is a fantastic host and is very accommodating. We had a great time here and would be happy to return!

Fantastic!
is a fantastic landlord. The space was beautiful and clean. Everything worked well. My roommate and I had trouble with the ice maker and she immediately replaced it as well as brought us ice! The water pressure was amazing and everything was simply perfect from a rental standpoint, this woman thought of EVERYTHING! I would certainly rent from her again time and time again! She became a friend more than a landlord and even helped me plastic my windows at 2 am after someone broke into my car in Oakland. This place is certainly a winner and the landlord you get is truly a blessing!

Excellent stay!
I absolutely loved staying at this charming little hideaway, I did not want to leave!! The owner, Susan was so accommodating from start to end. Any issues that arose, which weren’t many, she was quick to fix. The apartment itself was perfect for my fellow travel nurse and I. Crockett is a small town, so to do any shopping/gym you would have to drive about 15-20 to the next nearest town. Overall, not a bad location, everything is easy to access as you are right off the freeway. It’s only about a 40 min drive into the city without traffic. Would definitely stay here again!
