Gated Condo Community. Central location

My partner and I rented this 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment for 5 months while on a travel nurse contract. Very centrally located in Mission Valley. Short drive to everything you need. I felt very safe here in the gated community with an assigned parking space! The master bedroom is very dark and quiet so perfect for any night shift worker like me. My partner worked from home while I slept, and we had no issues. Pull out couch is great for visitors. Donna was very accommodating and addressed any concerns immediately. Couldn't recommend her enough!

Travel Nurse

I stayed at this property during my travel assignment in San Diego and loved the place. The apartment was so comfortable, very safe, close to everything that I couldnt have asked for more. The owner, D, is very friendly, kind and helpful. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again if Im ever back in the area.

Very comfortable home

Very friendly and helpful landlord. Very nice, comfortable place. Tons of amenities in the apartment not seen elsewhere like small kitchen appliances, pool and bath towels, cleaning supplies, dark shade for night shift workers, accessible parking spot....many, many more. Very easy driving distance to airport, many hospitals, beach, Marineland, multiple highways.....Lovely place, great location, great owner......

Travel Nurse Housing

I am a travel nurse and stayed at this property for about 6 months, and have nothing but great things to say. The property is clean and very well maintained, and I felt safe living here. It is in a very central location with easy access to everything. Donna was an amazing landlord, and went above and beyond to make my boyfriend and I feel at home. The bedroom is a little dark like the other review mentions which would be great if you are working night shift, but I worked day shift and had no issues with this. If I come back to San Diego, I would definitely stay here again!

San Diego Apartment

Rented this 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment for around 6 months. Right off a main road with a short drive to shopping, groceries, beach, hospitals, airport, and downtown. Gated condos with personal parking space. Donna was very accommodating and addressed any concerns immediately. We had issues with the plumbing and internet which were resolved quickly. Wonderful landlord! Wish I was staying in San Diego longer as I would have continued to rent this apartment. Only downside was that the master bedroom is very dark even with the lamps provided. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to live!
