Would 100% stay again

A and J are amazing for so many reasons! They were always quick to answer if I had any questions or concerns. They were transparent, friendly, and communicative. They really went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and even had snacks ready for me once I arrived! Everything was clean and in good condition. It was a privilege to be able to stay at their place and I would definitely request to live here again if I were ever to be in San Diego again!

Great Place

WOW. What a great find. It is perfect. Jason and Annie have great communication skills and made the move in go very smoothly. This studio(kinda one bedroom) has everything you need. It feels pretty big. It has a lovely outside space too. I am a very light sleeper so was worried about being so close to the hospital, but I sleep great. Must be the comfortable bed and the double paned windows. Respectful neighbor also makes it very quiet.Big plus, it has parking which is necessary in this area. Great place.

WOW. What a great find. I needed something in Hillcrest and stumbled across Annie and Jason's place. It has everything you could possibly need. It is in a great location close to hospitals, restaurants and the park. It has parking which is a blessing in this area. I am a very light sleeper and was worried about noise from the hospital, but really I sleep so soundly. It is quiet and a great find. Would recommend this place and the owners.
