Quite, well kept condo
Great communication and very attentive owner. Condo has been well maintained. Very quite area. Close to airport, groceries and fast food. Easy entrance and exit. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a short term rental.

Excellent stay!!!
The condo is beautifully decorated and completely stocked with everything you need to live very comfortably. The gas fireplace was such a treat. The balcony off the second bedroom was perfect for sunbathing. The condo community is gated, and has a great pool! Its a quiet community. It consists of mostly elderly folks and small families. Due to the property being on a golf course and adjacent to South Mountain, there are so many options with beautiful views for walking, hiking, or jogging. I hope this condo is available whenever I come back to Phoenix. Aloha, mahalo, and a hui hou!
