I loved my time here. Apt was newly renovated. Grounds well maintained & clean. Maintenance was very quick. My only complaints were, one my upstairs neighbor literally did laundry 24hrs a day 7 days a week. I'm pretty sure that's what made the previous tenant move out. I couldnt figure out what was going on. Are they running a laundry business out of their apartment? Do 20 people live there? Are they allowing all of their family and friends to do their laundry there? I don't know. And two make sure to take a picture of the payment site when you go to move out. It tried to charge me the entire price. Plus they charged me for cleaning upholstery. I have a dog and a cat. I always cover furniture so that it stays clean but I don't argue about stuff like this because sometimes it's their policy to clean furniture & carpet if you have pets. The couch they gave me smelled. I didn't complain. I kept febrezing it LOL. BTW you have to bring your own kitchenware, linens, towels, etc.
