AMAZING CONDO

This condo is beautiful, comfortable and very convenient location. Every room was very well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped.This condo was super clean and very well organized, we stayed there for two months and had no issues at all. Having a pool, hot tub and barbecue grill was a plus. We had a great stay and time here in this condo. I also enjoyed having fresh lemons and grape fruits from the trees in the apartment complex. Thanks S and D. Great property! I stayed for three months and really enjoyed my time here. The pool is also amazing. The owners were great!!

Great Location!

My favorite part about this condo (there were many) was the location! Restaurants, the grocery store, gym and post office were all just a 5 min walk. The condo itself was very clean an nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything I needed. I didn't have to pack or buy anything extra. The beds are super comfortable and there's a lot of storage. Another great perk to have in Lake Havasu is a garage and with this condo, you get your own! It was great having somewhere to store my car's utility box that I use to travel from one place to the next. The owner was a pleasure to communicate with and she was always very quick to respond to any questions I had. I felt very at home during my stay in this condo and would highly recommend.

Perfect Condo!

S & D's condo was great!! It exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect; right down the street from London Bridge, and the hospital is about a 3 minute drive! The Safeway is also directly across the street. There is also a gym right within walking distance! Everything you could possibly need is provided at this condo! They also let you use their garage to park your car. There is also a shared community pool which is a necessity for the summer time heat! S checks in on you frequently to make sure that everything is going well and smooth during your stay! I can't recommend this condo enough! Thanks S & D for everything!

A comfortable place to stay.

This is a well furnished and very comfortable condo decorated in a wonderful southwestern theme. It has everything you need for a short term rental plus pool access and a fairly nice view of the mountains. The owners are friendly and very helpful. 10/10 would stay again.

Stellar experience

Beautiful condo, luxuriously furnished, with every comfort and convenience, quiet, and extremely clean. Ideally located for anyone working at Havasu Regional Medical Center. It's a 5-minute walk to HRMC. Safeway and post office are across the street, public library 1 block away, with many restaurants and shopping very close. The owners are exceptionally kind and helpful. Logistics are handled by a local real estate agent, which makes everything easy and professional. The price seems quite good for the area, and for all you get. You literally just need to bring your clothes.
